Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose cse as it is my passion, In iith 1:14 is the ratio of faculty to students, The faculty is of high qualification here and their teaching methods are really good.IIT Hyderabad has continuous evaluation means we have exams all over the sem some exams are moderate and some are easy but some exams are hard.

Class Size : 58Course Fees : INR 200 per year

Internships Opportunities :

many companies offer internships with a stipend that ranges from 5 lakhs(foreign internship) as iit is a brand and it has a great alumni connection the placements and internships here are really good and you might get internships in other countries also

Placement Experience :

From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visited IIT Hyderabad mainly google, Microsoft, tata, l&t, etc, the highest domestic package is around 65 lakhs and the average in my branch is around 27 lakhs nearly 90 %of the students get placed, Some choose to do master's mainly in foreign countries

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee is a bit high but it is worth it as one will get a high paid job by campus placements if he studies average to well and one more main thing is that one can choose some courses which they like that are different from their branch.

Campus Life :

Elan and vision is our annual fest which is conducted generally in Feb, Milan is our sports fest that is limited to only our campus. Our new library is under construction it is big. The classrooms are really good. sports and extracurricular activities are also good we have a lot of competition in them mainly in badminton. We have a lot of clubs some of them are techy, inferno, cepheid, sunshine, etc

Hostel Facilities :

we are provided with a cot, study table, chair, Almar, light, bed light, the fan also with a LAN connection for internet. The mess is also nice maximum cases it is good but sometimes it is average the quality is maintained. hostels are affordable. Generally, every one is said to be hostellers only some are day scholars

Hostel Fee : INR 120 per year

Admission :

My admission process is through jee advance exam, one needs to qualify for jee mains to write jee advance. out of nearly ten lakh people, only one-two lakh people are selected for advance, and in advance out of that only 16,000 people are selected to get into iits

Remarks:

On my personal experience, I would say that college is very strict and they have closed gate that is not accpectable. Even they will not permit you to leave the campus without the permission from the required faculty.
