Course Curriculum Overview :

I have a great interest in coding and wanted to become a software engineer so I decided to choose the AI branch. The faculty of iit patna is highly qualified and experienced and have great teaching skills. Semester exams are easy you can easily score well by studying one week before exams.

Class Size : 56Course Fees : INR 1200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are many internship opportunities for students. Third-year students are eligible for campus internships. There are 61 students who got internships in 2022. Students also apply for off-campus internships.

Placement Experience :

96% of students got placed in 2022. 154 companies visited our campus and made 412 offers. The average package for CSE was 38 LPA and the highest package was 82 LPA (domestic) in 2022. Fourth-year students are eligible for campus placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No tuition fees for students having a family income less than 1 lakh per annum and students having a family income between 1-5 lakh per annum have to pay only 1/3rd of the total tuition fees. Also, there are many scholarships that colleges provide like MMVY, NSP, etc.

Campus Life :

There are many fests in our college like Anwesha (cultural fest), celesta (techno-management fest), and infinito (sports fest). There are clubs also for each hobby like dance, singing, acting, drama, etc.

Hostel Facilities :

There are two-seater rooms for boys and three-seater rooms for girls. Hostels have many facilities like washing machines, geysers, induction, and common rooms on each floor. Mess food is not good but canteens are there in operation at night also.

Hostel Fee : INR 9000 per year

Admission :

You need to clear JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCED in order to get admission to IITs. You need to secure a good rank under 14k (for the general category) in JEE ADVANCED to get an IIT. JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCED are conducted by NTA every year and this is one of the most competitive exams in India. Almost 10 lakh candidates appear for the exam and only the top 1.5 per cent of candidates get into IITs.

POV of an IITP student

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always had an interest in the world of technology in computers, so obviously when the opportunity to study CSE in an IIT popped up, I took it with both hands. Our courses are to the point and designed keeping in mind the relevant skills in today's tech world. The only drawback is that after all these years of revolution in education, we still got to study all the common subjects in our 1st year of B.Tech. There are two exams each semester with frequent quizzes in between.

Best college in terms of placement and opportunities

Placement Experience:

The campus placement here is very good. The percentage is around 90%. Internships are also offered on campus from the third year and stipend starts from 50K /month. Almost all multinational tech companies and startps visit here for campus placement. The placement in the core sector is also very good. the average package in this year is around 16 LPA and highest is around 82 LPA from Atlassian. Also, after graduating the admisssion to Post Graduate Curses become easy since you hold a degree of NIT Patna which is a institute of national importance.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible after 6th semester. The placement cell is nice. The help students in every way. Company's like Tcs , wipro , Infosys, Salesforce comes to college and the average package is around 4 to 5 lpa , but some students applied offcampus got around 30 lpa .

Glimpses of M.A.C.E.T

Course Curriculum Overview:

The ratio of students to faculty is 60:1. Qualification of the faculty is M.tech, and their teaching style is very impressive. And one can understand it easily. Examinations are held two times in one session and it is very timely. The difficulty of an exam is not so difficult one can easily crack it if he or she follows their faculty.
