Thing that i liked the most is affordability. Even a lower middle class student can study here
The hostel facilities are very good . There is a very scenic view of river Ganga

In hostel there are groups created on the base of Cast. That's a very bad thing

Course Curriculum Overview :

I wanted to do engineering and this college is one of the best colleges in Bihar . Faculty: student ratio is not that good , it's around 1:30 . But the Faculties are great. Every Faculty has done Masters in their respective fields. Some of them even had PHD in their respective field. The exams are of moderate level. It happens every 3 months if you count mid sem and end sem.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 3600 per year

Placement Experience :

Students are eligible after 6th semester. The placement cell is nice. The help students in every way. Company's like Tcs , wipro , Infosys, Salesforce comes to college and the average package is around 4 to 5 lpa , but some students applied offcampus got around 30 lpa .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The best thing about government colleges in bihar are they are super cheap. Total fee of college for one year is around 12000 if you add everything up like examination fee and registration fee. You can apply for post matric scholarship for financial aid.

Campus Life :

There is a technical fest named Technoriti , which happens in the month of Feb . It's very wholesome ????. Students get to show their technical skills, and there is also a cultural fest UMANG. The college has a very big library collection. There are many books out there . There is a cricket stadium, volleyball Stadium in the college and many extra curriculum activities is always going on like Poetry competition, Singing competition and Annual sports competition. There are many clubs in the society like Coding club DEBUGGERZZ and a another Club Campus Tv and Radio

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facilities are great for first and second year students. You get a Bed, Chair , study table and a Almirah . There are water collers on each floors. The mess food is not that great. You mill miss your home's food . The registration for hostel is very simple , you get to fill a form . The hostel charge is 12000 a year and mess charge is 25000 a year. If you want to rent a room you can get it near the college around Zero Mile.

Hostel Fee : INR 36000 per year

Admission :

Bhagalpur College of Engineering is of the best state government engineering colleges in Bihar. Probably in top two , other is Mit Muzzaparpur . You can get into Bce Bhagalpur by writing Jee Mains or Bcece(exam conducted by Bihar government for graduation).

POV of an IITP student

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always had an interest in the world of technology in computers, so obviously when the opportunity to study CSE in an IIT popped up, I took it with both hands. Our courses are to the point and designed keeping in mind the relevant skills in today's tech world. The only drawback is that after all these years of revolution in education, we still got to study all the common subjects in our 1st year of B.Tech. There are two exams each semester with frequent quizzes in between.

Best college in terms of placement and opportunities

Placement Experience:

The campus placement here is very good. The percentage is around 90%. Internships are also offered on campus from the third year and stipend starts from 50K /month. Almost all multinational tech companies and startps visit here for campus placement. The placement in the core sector is also very good. the average package in this year is around 16 LPA and highest is around 82 LPA from Atlassian. Also, after graduating the admisssion to Post Graduate Curses become easy since you hold a degree of NIT Patna which is a institute of national importance.

The course that I have chosen in this college is newly introduced branch in engineering (civil engineering with computer applications) Its the same as the civil engineering but with a new specialisation with computer applications. Glimpses of M.A.C.E.T

Course Curriculum Overview:

The ratio of students to faculty is 60:1. Qualification of the faculty is M.tech, and their teaching style is very impressive. And one can understand it easily. Examinations are held two times in one session and it is very timely. The difficulty of an exam is not so difficult one can easily crack it if he or she follows their faculty.
