Course Curriculum Overview :

I was interested in Computer Science and I loved the campus at the orientation time. Faculty is enough for at least the engineering department. For each semester, we have 2-3 quizzes, a midterm exam and an end-term exam.

Class Size : 160Course Fees : INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

all the companies that come for hiring, come for placements one year before. However, it is comparatively hard to get a paid internship now because of the recession period. but CDC does a good job I must say

Placement Experience :

placements are getting better with each passing year. big companies like google, amazon, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, adobe, Flipkart, just pay, and the postman has come and taken students this year. the average of the packages is around 15l

Fees and Financial Aid :

the tuition fee for the batch 2024 is 1.5L and the hostel fee is 1.5L for a year. However, it has increased many folds now. It is more than twice of the previous amount for the batch 2025 and so on.

Campus Life :

The annual techno-cultural fest is called Breeze and it is held in mid-march. we have a proper library management system in which we can search for books online on the basis of authors, book titles, etc.

Hostel Facilities :

We have plug-points, ACs, Bookshelves etc in the room. we have a mess menu website which is updated every day according to the menu. the quality is better than other hostels but still not very good. food is fine

Hostel Fee : INR 72000 per year

Admission :

I got in through the SNU-SAT entrance exam. I found it on the SNU website in the admissions section. The test had different sections for physics, maths, english and aptitude. All the sections were timed individually. No reservation was availed by me. I want the admission process to be faster and a bit more transparent.

Placement Experience:

The students get eligible for placements from the 7 th semester itself, a lot of campus placements occur here. The companies visiting are TCS, WIPRO, ACCENTURE, MOTHERSO, TALENT SURV etc.. The highest package offered was 34 LPA and the average here is 4-5 LPA. About 90 percent of students get placed here with good package. I am basically aiming for a job too after completion of the course

GLA- A College for a Great Career

Placement Experience:

Placements here are really good. Many companies and MNC's come here for placement. In Computer Science, majority of the companies are startups but mass recruiter companies like Capgemini,Accenture,Cognizant and Infosys come here. Recent highest placement in college was of 21 LPA in juspay. Capgemini hired bulk students from here 289 students were placed in the MNC in recent year.

GCET A WAY OF YOUR LIFE

Placements are average just like other AKTU colleges. Average package is between 4.75 LPA to 5LPA. Highest may go upto 44 LPA off campus. Median Package is around 4.25 LPA. That's not good but also not bad according to it's fees.
