Remarks :

The application can be found on IITK's website CAT Cutoff is 85 percentile for a candidate to be eligible Physical Interviews should also be conducted to make the process better. Also, Results should be announced a little earlier so that the batch can start in line with other B-Schools

Course Curriculum Overview :

It offers one of the best ROI in the industry and for students looking for techno-managerial learning, I think it is one of the best. Teaching is done through both Case Studies and Theory lectures. Presentations and Projects are quite often held Exams are quite decent and faculties generally don't fail students

Class Size : 20Course Fees : INR 165000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internship opportunities were provided in companies like Morgan Stanley, Digit, Axtria, Tiger Analytics, ICICI Bank and many more. Projects given depend on the profile you are selected for. It is usually Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Product Management related.

Placement Experience :

Summer Internship Placements start in the 1st Semester itself and Final Placements start in the 3rd Semester. 100% of the Batch gets good offers. The Average CTC offered was 16.61LPA which is quite impressive

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The cost to study is very minimal if compares to other B schools charging 20-25 lacs, here it is quite less and the placements are very much comparable. Jobs opportunities are there, Placements are usually 100%. If you put in the effort, you will surely get a decent-paying job

Campus Life :

The annual Fest is Antragini which is one of the best experiences the campus life one can have. there are pro shows, Activities, Events and what not. It is like a festivital. Management Fest is Called Prabandhan where National Level Case Study competitions are organised along with some other events as well

Hostel Facilities :

I have done engineering from a premium private college charging approx 50-60k as mess fee, here we give 20-40k and get more varieties, quality and hygienic food. The day Scholar concept is not available at IIT Kanpur. Moreover, you wouldn't want to miss the campus life

MBA Agri business:Fee, Scope and Future Opportunity

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course of agribusiness because like after BSc in agriculture you can go for MSc in agriculture or MBA in agribusiness. I don't want to prepare for Ph.D. in the government sector so there is a better scope of an MBA in the private sector rather than an MSc in agriculture. Another reason for doing MBA is placement. The placement ratio of MBA students is better than m.sc students and salaries are also good. Another reason is in the private sector and MBA degree holders will get better promotions than average MSc degree holders. On my campus, there are 46 students in MBA agribusiness and 7 to 80% of them will surely get a minimum package of 350000 and a maximum package of 8 lacs. The guest faculty of MBA agribusiness is quite good. There are some teachers who are not as good as others but there is a 100% guarantee of course completion. Semester exams are not quite easy or too difficult if you will focus a little bit on your studies you will easily get pass. Semester exams are delayed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The trimester exam was there and it is pretty difficult to pass and have very good projects to work on plus the faculty is very good for finance. I am fortunate to be here. All the faculty is doctorate who are teaching plus have a very wide range of practical experience and links at big companies. The faculty is approachable. The college is very regular in respect of course and exam schedule. The course provides in-depth knowledge and exposure to students to real-life problems.
