Remarks :

IIT Gandhinagar is a second-generation IIT and ranked 33 under the overall category by the NIRF. To get admission in this course I applied for GATE Exam. I filled online registration form for IIT Gandhinagar. After shortlisting called for the written test based on the score of the GATE Exam. Then for personal interview based on the score obtained on the written test. Candidates are selected based on performance in academic records, GATE scores, written tests, and interviews.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is excellent covering all the concepts and basics of computer technology and computational methodologies. The faculty are highly qualified and experienced. Almost 80% of faculty members are Ph.D. holders. They are very understanding and assist us in personality development or academic performance.

Class Size : 85Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience :

Around 80% of students got placed in my batch. The top recruiters include Goldman Sachs, HPCL, ITC, Adani, Infosys, KPIT, etc. The average package is around 21LPA. The highest package is 51LPA. The college makes us ready to face the industry through clubs, meets, and workshops.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The annual fee for the M.Tech course is INR 2,00,000. My institute offers various scholarships to meritorious students. Financial support is offered to students. Research travel grants are also provided. These scholarships are Scholarship for Academic Excellence, Scholarship for excellence in sports and games, and scholarship for excellence in arts and culture.

Campus Life :

The infrastructure on campus is good and the Wi-Fi speed is excellent. It is spread over 400 acres of land, and the institution has a beautiful ambiance that captures students' interest. There are sports, inter competitions and excellent sports opportunities. The college library is stocked with books and helps us to expand our knowledge. The hostel has all the necessary facilities available.

Placement Experience:

We all know about the placement of IITs. The IITs provide one of the best placements and IIT Gandhinagar is also not behind. The placement record of the college is 100%. The placement committee is very helpful and supportive. The placement cell guides us throughout our placement process and makes sure that we get placed according to our program and interest. the highest package for our batch was around 34 LPA and the average package was around 10 LPA. Companies like Adobe, Microsoft, Google, Tech Mahindra, ICICI Bank, Siemens, L&T, Essar, Cipla, Tata Motors, etc visited the campus during the placement drive of the college.
