Remarks :

IIT Gandhinagar, Gujurat, is India's first 5-star GRIHA LD (Green) campus, located on the banks of the Sabarmati River. Being a part of such a prominent college is reason enough, and it is an IIT brand, and we all know what IIT stands for. The candidate is chosen after passing the IIT Gandhinagar entrance exam and achieving a minimum of 50% at the undergraduate level, followed by a GD and PI round. However, if an applicant has passed the GATE exam and has an excellent academic record, they will be allowed direct admission and may be eligible for a scholarship based on merit.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is extremely varied. It not only covers all of your engineering fundamentals, but you also have the option to choose additional courses based on your level of interest. The college curriculum's primary goal is to prepare you for your last career, not your first, which aids in your entire personality development.

Course Fees : INR 210000 per year

Placement Experience :

IITs are well-known for their high placement rates, and IIT Gandhinagar is no exception. The placement panel leaves no stone unturned to assist you with your placement, and the college placement record is 100 percent. Google, Microsoft, Amazon, ITC, and Barclays are among the companies that have visited the campus. The highest and lowest wage packages were 35 LPA and 8 LPA, respectively.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure for me was pretty feasible but it can be a little over the cost for some students. The whole course cost me approximately 2,10,000/-. Scholarships for SC/ST students are available through a variety of initiatives at the college. Financial support is also given to students based on their merit results. Scholarships are awarded to students that excel in athletics, academics, and numerous competitions.

Campus Life :

The campus is beautiful, and it is surrounded by greenery. The view around the campus is very relaxing. There are numerous sporting events and festivals held at the campus that allow you to contribute. Its cultural festival, Blithex, commemorates India's festive season. IIT Gandhinagar's campus life is quite active and interesting.

The college placement is decent but the college is able to reach a 100% placement record. The college placement committee of the college is able to invite a good number of companies and the college placement committee help us and guides us during the college placement rounds. Placement Experience:

We all know about the placement of IITs. The IITs provide one of the best placements and IIT Gandhinagar is also not behind. The placement record of the college is 100%. The placement committee is very helpful and supportive. The placement cell guides us throughout our placement process and makes sure that we get placed according to our program and interest. the highest package for our batch was around 34 LPA and the average package was around 10 LPA. Companies like Adobe, Microsoft, Google, Tech Mahindra, ICICI Bank, Siemens, L&T, Essar, Cipla, Tata Motors, etc visited the campus during the placement drive of the college.
