Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose agriculture because of job opportunities after bsc agriculture is many Benifits. Faculty in Agriculture Department is 10 and student in per class is30. Qualifications if faculty is master in own subject. Exams are not very difficult to.

Class Size : 30Course Fees : INR 41000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The internship offered by Institute so many companies come in college and get internship offer in last year. Paid internship at 5000 per month in internship student got training in farm or industry and farm.

Placement Experience :

Students are also placement offered by given Institute and various internship programs and companies are visited in this institution. The percentage of students getting places is almost 90 percent. My plan after doing this course is a job.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees of college is not likely high in comparison to any other university or college it only 40000 per year. And the hostle fess is likely 40000 per year. Scholarship program is also in sc/st student free college fees.

Campus Life :

College campus life is best because of its supportive staff and teachers and extra circular activity is like to be cricket, volleyball, in months function is also held by college organization and participate in student

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel is divided into two categories boys or girl hostel both seperate and distance of 200 m. Fees of hostel 40000oer semester mess food are really awesome. I thought in Punjab best hostel food is best.

Is LPU that Lovely?

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible to sit for placements from their final year and should have passed all the subjects. Companies visited are ITC, Adani Wilmar, dhanuka, some startups Highest package offered for the current session was 8lpa to 4 students where the average pay is 3.6 lpa Due to low pay most of the students turn down the job offer and goes on pursuing higher studies. So far, from what I have experienced is that there is cut throat competition in the placements.

Good in campus environment

Remarks:

After i entered , it was heaven seriously speaking from a small town LPU life for me is no less than a dream life. So here are some DO's and DONTs LPU :- Alwaysintain 75% attendance otherwise you won't be allowed to give your end term examination. 2. Don't get carried away with the crowd , you won't be able to come back to real life. 3. Be as simple as possible so that distractions doesn't over come your focus . 4. Join various Organisations. Here at LPU we have more that 50 Student running organisations , take initiative and be a part in any of these. 5. Weekly , there will be functions , or something or the other so that Students inside the campus are not board , so enjoy them . 6. As i have mentioned before , be choosey to select your friends world is not good my dear . 7. Yes , LPU have more than 3000 CCTVs and security guards are present within 100mt of range , so if you feel anything uncomfortable or someone is trying to disturb or something like that take there help. Security people are really very good.
