My Journey with PCTE

Remarks :

My MBA program was well elaborated and I really enjoyed every part of it. Especially the college gave me so many nice memories to remember from the freshers to fest and farewell. I consider myself to be lucky enough to get so many good friends, juniors and seniors. Overall, this college was actually a good platform to pursue a management course

Course Curriculum Overview :

My course contained an abundance of syllabus but the library which had approximately many books helped us to gain a good percentage every year. And the internet also helped us to maintain good notes that were needed to study during the exam time.

Placement Experience :

The placement cell was pretty active throughout the year. Our corporate cell has a great bond with companies like Air India, Cafe Cofee Day, Coca-Cola, Fortune Hotels, HDFC Bank, Hero Cycle, Hilton, etc. During my time many companies were present during the placement drive conducted by the college and I was also placed in Amazon.

College Events :

The best college in town, I must say the productivity and quality of education it contains is very much higher than I can ever imagine. Apart from this, the journey here was amazing. The seminars, guest lectures, placements, and Alumni meet made us believe in professional and college life. The helping faculty and tasty food provided in the canteen were all amazing.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

MBA was always my dream to pursue after clearing the bachelor's program plus the perks of studying here was the fees were quite cheap as compared to any other Business school. The Total fee was around Rs 1.76 lakhs/-. and my annual fee was approximately Rs 80k.

Campus Life :

My college believed in enhancing the personality of the student by providing a combination of good quality education and extracurricular activities. The annual athletic meet featured all kinds of different sports competitions. Guest lectures, management fest, festive celebrations were organized more frequently so that the students would stay fit and would become more productive.

Admission :

I was in an MBA program and for that, I had to clear my MAT exam. Next, I applied to the college with my exam scores and other academic details. The admission process was pretty straight forward. All the details and the forms were available online.

Faculty :

Almost all of our professors were from well-known colleges and most of them were Ph.D. holders. Hence, their knowledge of the subject matter was extensive and their eagerness to encourage us was great. I was lucky to get such good professors who would help me during the exam time. As they use to share good references and journals so that the preparation goes well.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from semester 3rd and the also get internship after 2nd semester. Placement rate is quite impressive as we look for the fee. In short more than 75% of the students will get placed and remaining will get offers as well but they don't join. My plan after MBA is be a good manager at some biggest company.

Our college is good for placements. Last year highest package was 14 lakh per annum. It also provide internship opportunity. One can also start his own startup with the help of college. Most of the students are placed. Many companies including Deloitte, fedral Bank etc. visit here. I also want to get placed.

Placement Experience:

Final Placement also starts from August along with the Summer internships, Usually till February Most of the students get placed, but during our time placements was bit challenging due to market conditions. everyone does not get placed some opt out and those who did not get placed have to search by their own. Few students from my batch are still yet to be placed, Placements committee is bringing companies but those companies are not good or paying much lesser. In my opinion Placement Process should be done by Management or any Agency, Students should not be involved in the Placements role. When students are involved for placements and they have been provided with so much control and power they misuses it. The Placement Committee run by students does not work with transparency lot of misuse of power and control is being done by those students.

Placement Experience:

I already got placement in the final year of B.Tech from the same campus in a Noida-based company but want to pursue MBA first. It all depends upon the capabilities of a student to get a placement from a campus drive, college provides a good number of opportunities regarding the same. In my batch, all the eligible candidates got placed in companies either from campus placement or direct interviews. After completing my MBA degree, I will try for MNCs related to the semiconductor industry.

Remarks:

Our college is a very good college as compared to all the other MBA colleges in the city. The main advantage of the college is the shorter MBA course which is seldom available for the students seeking an MBA.
