Remarks :

IIT Roorkee is a apex center of knowledge and the first technical institute in Asia. The reputation of IIT Roorkee and beautiful campus. The location of IIT Roorkee is amazing, nearby there are many tourist places are there.The important thing is quality education and tag of IITian is enormous.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course is amazing and the all the faculties are experienced. The way the course is designed it can help the students learn a lot about research and academics. Conferences and guest lectures are happening on regular basis.

Class Size : 10Course Fees : INR 5000 per year

Placement Experience :

For B.tech students I'm sure campus placements are enormous. That's why many students opt for IIT Roorkee. Students in their last semesters get's many opportunities. Packages are also given sufficient for students.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is affordable and economical. Fees in the first semester is slightly high but from second semester it is ok. Since most of the students gets fellowship and assistantship. In case of financial emergency institute also provides funds.

Campus Life :

I haven't had that much exposure to the campus due to pandemic and lockdown. On the other hand campus is greenery and has many facilities for students like gym, ground, swimming pool and wonderful Mahatma Gandhi library. Which has many books and access to journals.

Exam Structure :

Entrance and interview plus good credentials

Admission :

In my case there was no GD and the written test. My selection was solely based on interview and my academic credentials. Most important thing is one should have NET/JRF to apply in the institute.

Placement Experience:

After completing the course of 4 year the college provide placement in hospital as they own their hospital just near the college. No company visit in our college as our college have their own hospital and provide placement in our hospital itself. As per psot the salary is high like nursing supridented has package of 75000 to 90000 There is 100% placement in our college I will continue to work here as our college provide very good salary.

Placements in other courses are good but our department didn't cared about it. We were told to do internships in our last sem but the depatment told us in the beginning of the course that companies will visit but now our course has ended no company visited till date.We got hired the companies in which we were doing internships. My plans after getting the degree is to move to bengaluru and get a good job there.

I got to know about the course through my friend. Faculty of my course was very motivated towards their objectives and students ratio was 4:4 . Faculty have done their Masters and bachelor's in hospital administration and some of them have done PHD in various fields. Exams were not conducted by the management of the university as it should have to be.

Remarks:

The college has maintained a good reputation in terms of providing quality education. It has a tie up with various institutions to give exposure to the students. It has an official research journal of UAU which is known as ayurscientifica.

Admission:

I searched for the admission procedure on the official website of the college. I appeared for the pre-medical test conducted by the college. The college confirms the seat at the level counselling. It requires 50% minimum marks in 10+2.
