Remarks :

MBA at IIT Roorkee is moulded to impart knowledge about managerial domain. In this institute the management department offers MBA course in five specialisations. Graduate with professional qualification from UGC recognized university are eligible of getting admisson. Besides, final year candidates also get the chance to admit themselves for the course with JEE main or advanced/ CAT and PI as a selection criteria.

Course Curriculum Overview :

This four semesters' course has total 76 credits which are divided in two years duration. Elective courses generally start from second year. Core courses in the first year teach basic knowledge of management.

Placement Experience :

In 2020 placement drive 77 students got placement offers from 35 recruiters. The placement highlights include -the highest package of Rs 18.68 LPA and average package of Rs 10.12 LPA. 82 placement offers were made from the recruiters like - Deloitte, EY, Amazon, Infosys, Paytm etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The institute offers various scholarships and funding. For more informations students are advised to visit institute's official website. James Thomason Scholarship is provided to the students who make 250 all India rank in JEE Advanced. All the students get Rs 25000 per month for the entire duration of the program.

Campus Life :

The institute provides best facilities about games and sports to all the students. Bank to post office, hospital to hangout facilities all these places become essential part of the campus life. Different fests keep the atmosphere of the campus fresh.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Fee structure is all about the course will take around 4-5 lakh for the 2 year means approx 1lakh per semester. Scholarships is provided according to the percentage what we have done for master's they see bachelor's percentage and for bachelor's degree they see percentage of 12 according to that they provide scholarship. And always They give discount if u are from Uttarakhand means your domicile should be of Uttarakhand.

Overall positive learning and environment is great

Placement Experience:

Last semester students are eligible for placement There is a third party company namely selibi who is outsourcing employees to airlines or airports and placement are happening directly from the airlines or airports. Package 2.5 lakh average to the students of bachelor as well as masters in aviation. Profiles are executives,etc 50 to 70% students get placed every year.. Plans are to do job on airport and become a manager of aviation sector.

Review about overall experience in Doon Business School

Placement Experience:

There was good placements opportunities mainly for the marketing students but mostly it was only with the sales profiles and lesser packages and there were no such core finance jobs for the finance domain students there were no such opportunities for the hr students too.
