Remarks :

First of all, going to WBJEE official website and choose your favourite college according to the placement and then select branch in increasing order means we have to choose fourteen, fifteen colleges according to previously scoring in the first choice in first position vice versa. After that 1 slot allotment, provide you college if you like this college then ok otherwise wait for the 2nd, the 3rd allotment.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have provided an Information Technology course in 2nd round in counselling. And have also been aware and I decided to choose CSE or IT branch before counselling. In this department the faculty and student ratio is good and all faculty members help a lot. And also all faculty members are high quality and well knowledgeable. It has not any difficulty to pass to the exam, just do systematic work like time to time.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

If we mentioned the project, there are 2 major projects we have done at college-level, the first project in 3rd year-end and the last major and final project done in final year-end. Overall my final project is which is best on IoT (name Smart Home).

Placement Experience :

In our department Information Technology, majority students had got placed. If we talked about in percentage 90 to 95 students had placed in many MNC companies. In our department, all-girls means 100% of girls got a job in MNC company.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I have not got any scholarship, I had applied for a bank education loan which is helpful for me. And in this college placement or campus is best for the only cse, it oe eee department. Not best for the core branch. Otherwise, the CSE department had the best placement ratio and job offers. I have placed in cognizant it sector as a programming analyst.

Campus Life :

Yes, there are a few social groups in this college running the same name with Facebook (like techno International Newtown club) and also WhatsApp group and also YouTube channels. This means this is helpful for me like dought clearing and another thing like an assignment.

Hostel Facilities :

I had preferred a rented room like 3 BHK because of a food-related problem. And in the personal ranted room is less expensive also less crowded. But in College hostel is more crowded and also more ranging there.

Hostel Fee : INR 80000 per year

Overall a Standard College; have parallels to its parent college FIEM

Placement Experience:

At the end of the 6th Semester many MNCs and startups like CTS, TCS, Virtusa, Wipro, etc visit our campus for internship opportunities as well as pre-placement offers. Most of the students do crack some or other internship opportunities and get in-hand industry experience. For our batch the highest offer we received is 7LPA and the average package ranges at about 4.5 - 3.5LPA ! Almost everyone does get placed, but the average ranges at about 70%-80%.

Remarks:

The area Berhampur has some communication issues, you can only get connected with Kolkata. College is also too small in size. Labs can be better. The money, which is coming from the government, is not utilised perfectly. Other things are good here.
