Remarks :

Since I don't attend the Keam exam I opt to have an NRI quota.. For NRI Quota there's some process you have to submit the details of the sponsor and your marks in plus2 like physics chemistry marks should be a minimum of 75%..In a class, only 4 NRI quota is allowed..There was no any other counseling the four-person with selected criteria will have the admission based on marks.. if there is another guy they will be in the waiting list.At the age of 18 started Carrier in this college

Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculty is very supportive but the curriculum appended by the university is quite tough.. my dream was to become an electrical engineer so I choose that course.The exams are done in time there's no issue about that and all faculty members are very supportive in reaching.

Class Size : 63Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Not many companies gave internship opportunities we have to find external like KSEB and Kochi refinery and so on we have to find internships at semester S4 so we can get more knowledge in the field.. in S5 we planned a project to which power the inverter from automobile battery

Placement Experience :

From S6 students are getting placement. Popular companies such as TCS, IBM, BOSCHE, INFOSYS, BYJU are the important companies that came for campus recruitment ..The average package goes up to 10LPA.. Among 80% of students get placed from our college.. the plans after my degree is to select MTech

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There's merit seat and fee waiver seat and NRI seat.. scholarship is only for Christian and Muslim by the central government.. still am on 3rd year no placement is going on but it will be done after some aptitude tests

Campus Life :

Campus life is awesome there are so many extracurricular activities going on many tech-fest that are organized by our college make campus life more beautiful.There's a library so we can lend books for our reference. Sports are also a part in extracurricular contain marchpast ..football tournaments every year. Our college has been recognized as the best Student branch in IEEE Kerala section and many other student branch are also operating

Interview Experience :

No for NRI Quota I don't have to study in those things selection is based on our plus 2 marks and there was no interview selection wise that one with more marks can secure the seat.For plus 2 you must have atlear 75% on or above for physics chemistry maths.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
