Remarks :

Here in this college i found a great competitive coding culture which is a back bone for any software development carrier . And in this college we have 2 credits in each semester for competitive coding. Because of these reasons the placements are also high.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Faculties of this college are average like most of the other. All the faculties are Phd holders.Curriculum is also fine and improving according to the need of industries and students. Plus point in the curriculum of this college is that it includes competitive programming which improves the problem solving skills of students.

Class Size : 28Course Fees : INR 600000 per year

Placement Experience :

There is a plenty of job opportunity in this college ,if you are competent enough surely you'll get a good package. Since most of the students at IIIT Lucknow are introduced to competitive programming at very early stage and therefore they can a good time to horn their skill in CP. Even if you do not get a job from campus then also you can make it off campus because of CP skills that you have gained during college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee is quite high in this college and if we talk about job opportunity then its placement cell is really working hard for their students. M.Tech students are given monthly stipend as decided by MHRD. If anybody is not having a laptop then it is also provided by the institution for Rs -5000 per semester.

Campus Life :

Because of COVID the batch of 2020 have not got a chance to go to the campus. But the campus is still under construction. By the end of 2021 phase 3 of construction will be done.Equinox is the annual technical fest of the college and the other events of the college areMUNX , Eduthon and Equinox World MUN.

Masters in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 2023-2035

Placement Experience:

During the third semester of the master of technology, students are eligible to sit in campus placements. In the Electrical Engineering Department most of the top semiconductor companies like Intel qualcomm, micron, Texas instruments, onsemi, cadence, amd visited this year. Number of offers made is 80 out of 140 candidates. The highest package is 49 LPA by Qualcomm. 60 per cent got placed this year due to poor market conditions. I am going to work in a semiconductor company after completing my degree.

THE BEAUTIFUL CAMPUS OF IIT KANPUR

Placement Experience:

Placements of IITK are very good. Even during recession the average package was 15lpa. Highest package was 60lpa and lowest was 12lpa. If someone is not getting placed then professors help in their own domain. After degree, I am planning to work in a product based company after degree.

Engineering in the city of Gods

Remarks:

The one thing which is deteriorating the Masters level education in India is the double-mindedness of most of the GATE aspirants. Those with lower ranks join institutes of national importance such as ours just for the sake of the monthly stipend and the time they would get for GATE preparation. Such students waste the opportunity for someone else who is really interested in research, but could not get there due to low GATE score. It is high time that we prioritize our needs and act accordingly; it can only boost the research temperament among the student community.
