Remarks

I had applied for IIT Delhi Because it is the prestigious institute of India in the field of engineering, sports , entrepreneurship and so on. I hadn't applied for any quota. But their this quota for obc,sc,st categories students. Your jee advanced rank should be above the cut-off rank of that year. If you have to apply for any quota then you have to provide their corresponding certificates.

Course Curriculum Overview

I had chosen the course because I am too much interested in coding. The faculty-student ratio is 1:60 The faculties are too much intellect but their teaching skill is not satisfactory. Exams are conducted at the end of the semester. Exam is moderately tough.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 225000 per year

Internships Opportunities

You will easily get internship offers from top companies like Google, Facebook,Microsoft etc. You will get the task of coding, an inspection of employees inspection of machines and other various machines. You will get great experience and exposure and you will get an opportunity to work with great people.

Placement Experience

The placement of my college is 2nd best among all Indian colleges. The average package is 20 lakh per annum and 89% of students get placement after their BTech degree. I will do my job for a year and I am planning for my own startup.

Fees and Financial Aid

If a student's annual income is below 1lakh then the college provides 100% fee warrior on the academic fees. Yes, it is affordable for a poor child. The only difficulty is to qualify the jee advanced. If anyone scores a good cgpa in college then he/she has an opportunity to study in foreign colleges and fee warrer is also available.

Campus Life

I can bet that you will get the best campus life here There are more than 100 clubs in the college and you can choose any one of them. The largest fest is conducted in IIT Delhi. There is a 24-hour open library in which many books are available.

Hostel Facilities

Hotel facilities are unsatisfactory because there is room sharing and you will not get ac. But food quality is good. Electricity and water supply are also good. There is a weekly meal menu routine. Hostel fees are high according to available facilities.

Interview Experience

Interviews question are quite easy. Anyone can easily answer these questions. You have to qualify to jee advanced and a desirable rank. You should have above 75% marks on the 12th board. In the counseling round, you have to choose the college name and if you get cutoff rank then you will get admission to the college.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college is good if I compare it to other colleges except iits and some nits. Students get eligible in 6 sem for college placements. Many company visits my college during college placements like Google, microsoft, amazon, flipkart, uber etc. they offer good packages highest package which I remember is around 1.2 cr and the lowest is 4lpa. Percentage of students who got placed in my branch is 57 percent where this no. becomes 80 or 90 percent in case of tech branches. My plan after getting degree is to get placed in any company with around 15-20lpa or I will prepare for government exams.

College Life in My College (NSUT)

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year the students are become eligible for campus placement and showcase their skills to getting the placement. There are so many companies visiting the college every year apple, Microsoft, DRDO, swift, google, airforce, facebook, meta etc it is dependence on your skills and learning experience and college CG marks to get placement from oncampus company by giving interview and doing exam of specific company that you want to apply in which course you specialist. In my course it is newly launched course in which companies are offering highest package to students in previous years average package goes to 13 lac and highest package goes to 24 lac and this year average package goes to 14-15 lac and highest goes to 48 lac. In my course 60-80 % students are placing in compies all over the world.

I got Computer science in this college and was near to my place. It has all facilities which is required by a student. College is affiliated to GGSIPU. College has lift facility, parking facility, RO water, advanced labs for all the students.

Review of Btech course of IIITD

Remarks:

The management is quite strict about academics and any sort of dishonesty is not tolerated (even if you copy slightest of thing from assignment, they have advanced technologies to detect the plagiarism) and straight away an F grade is given (which is Fail in that course). But this helps us doing things on our own and learning a lot. The research culture is very good here. Btech students from first year starts contributing to it.

Remarks:

What different our university from other colleges across the country is that it teaches us to have a better way of life. A whole lot of people exist and we need to learn to cooperate, tackle, take things in our stride and learn to just let minor things go. College prepares you for that. Other than that, our management turns out to be a hiccup for students whether it is getting signatures or getting your work done. Despite this, Jamia will be one of the best universities.

IIT Delhi is close to my hometown and is ranked no. 2. It offers best faculty in Chemical engineering. IIT Bombay was rejected because of inability of getting a good branch there.
