Remarks :

Firstly, IIT Delhi is a platform fromWhere you can achieve anything be it High salary, entrepreneurship, research and higher education, civil services, and what not to mention. We have India?Ûªs best labs in educational institutions and we are not limited to the discipline we choose, a physics student can do research in biology or a mechanical student can sit in coding interviews. Apart from that, we have very active clubs who are constantly putting efforts to develop the interest of students in their respective fields. We have the best professors who are internationally known. Our professors come from universities like Carnegie Melon, Caltech university etc.Secondly, it was my hometown that?Ûªs why I did not choose IITs which could provide me with computer science degree. Living far from family is difficult.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Student to faculty ratio is 3:1 which is poor but to maintain quality standards, IITs need to set the selection process as hard as possible and only a few qualify and I don?Ûªt feel any lack of faculty being there because most of them are excellent. Faculties are mostly PhD?Ûªs from universities like CMU, EPFL, Stanford etc. They are the best professors you can get in the country. Apart from being highly qualified, they are also emotionally helpful. Examinations are always held in time andIf you study properly you will score 70-80% easily and scoring 90% assures you an A in almost all the courses because sometimes A goes on 85% sometimes 75% but be at 90% to be assured. Passing is always easy in any course.

Internships Opportunities :

I opted for a summer project and not an internship. Otherwise interns in second year get around 40k and in the third year around 80k. It?Ûªs really tiring working fir internships but very good amount of learning. If you are into coding, you can go for Software Development, finance, data analyst, data engineer, data science, or otherwise go for core or consultancy.

Placement Experience :

Placements start from 5th semester. Top companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, flipkart, tower, NKSECURITIES, Goldman Sachs, Samsung etc come and highest package goes around 1 crore CTC. Almost all students who sit for placement get a job. The rest go to higher studies and startups.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Semester fee is around 1,12,000 for general and around 84,000 for EWS and 60-50k for other categories. Which is pretty affordable compared to other colleges like BITS etc. Hostel fee is 25,000 per semester regardless of category. People can easily get financial assistance from scholarships based on category and academic performance, since I did not belong to any category, I did not receive any scholarship but it is easy if you are in a category to recieve around a fourth of your fees.The placements can go around 50 lakhs ctc highest being around 120 lakhs ctc.

Campus Life :

Campus life is the best possible stage of one?Ûªs life. especially at IIT, but due to pandemic all that is ruined. I experienced the RDV, annual fest of IITD, there were many superstars invited for concerts in the evening. Many Mahon shows, talent shows, fashion shows, standup comedy etc were also organised. An amazing experience.Clubs organische various activities like robotics club organised robot making workshops, Physics club organised stargazing sessions etc. Overall it was great.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel us really clean, 3 beds per room and cost around 200 rupees per day with mess included. Mess food is nutritious and tasty. Nothing to worry about. You have 4 washing machines in each wing and total of 4 wings. But washing machines are at the ground floor only. You have a library with AC, a gym, a parlour, a gaming Center, a badminton court, a music room, a common room and a visitors room all cleaned properly. Registration is through online portal through which you pay fees. If you are a day scholar, you can bring your car to campus otherwise no motor vehicles.

Admission :

JEE main, 2019 percentile 99.03, rank- 10,965. Then JEE Advance 2019 marks 205/378 rank 1061

Placement Experience:

The placements are 100% for the final year and also 100% placement for the internship for the pre-final year batch. The mean CTC offered is at 22.29 LPA and the median CTC is at 20.6 LPA. Major recruiters include BlackRock, Medtronic, Synergy Consulting, GE Healthcare, Wipro, and many more.

Placement Experience:

From the second last semester, students become eligible for the campus placements for full-time roles. Some major companies such as Innovaccer, Springboard, American Express, Optum, OYO, Samsung, Comviva, EXL, TCS, Cognizant and others visits campus to hire Engineering & MCA students for full time roles, made more than 150+ offers. Highest package offered by Microsoft is 43LPA, Innovacce 20 LPA, Springboard 19LPA, Optum 13LPA, OYO 10.5LPA, Samsung 10LPA and the average package is 6.5LPA for software development roles for BTech/MCA students, Almost of 90% of students from the Department of Computer Science(MCA) got placed with the highest package of 15LPA offered by Unicommerce, 10 LPA by Wipro and the average package is 4LPA. I was also placed during teh campus placement and currently working as a Web developer.

My learning experience

Placement Experience:

The placement is good (can do better) in the college. The students become eligible for internships and getting placed in after completing the last semester. The students get placed in various well-known companies which are H&M, Clavin Klein, Pepperfry, Sabyasachi, Tommy Hilfiger etc. The highest package is 6.25 LPA and the average is package is 4 LPA approx. 40%-50% of students get placement from college. I am very grateful to this college for giving me a chance to sharpen my skills in the fashion design field, and my plans after this course are to get placed in these companies to get some real-life experience.

Remarks:

First this college is in delhi and near metro station. This is main campus of GGSIPU so campus life is very nice. Most important factor is fee which is 70000 very less as compare to other engineering colleges.

Job opportunity depends on students. College applied it all efforts. Placement is helping students in getting good job. There is many companies came in campus for hiring students mostly last year students get placement. Company like TCS is mass recruiter which hire students from every branch. Infosys, Accenture Paytm,Amazon.Internship opportunity is less.

Good curriculum with best faculty

Remarks:

I couldn't find any negative remarks about this college as the faculty and facilities are of top notch. This is one of the top best colleges with lot of facilities. Our college has a grand library with plenty of books and had a hygienic canteen, Chemical labs, computer lab, biological lab, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor stadium, etc. The environment of this college is the best as it is filled with positive aura which enhances us and makes us work effectively in short it is a dream come true college.

Remarks:

The Placement of our university is commendable with our students placed at big tech companies like Microsoft, Goldmann Sachs, IBM, Amazon, Flipkart. Also situated in the heart of old Delhi, we have quite good campus life. The faculty here is highly qualified and experienced, being graduates of colleges and universities like DTU, IITs etc. Being an all girls University, it is the most popular choice for the companies to hire women tech force for their companies offering them respectable salary packages. The average salary packages offered here is approx 11 lacs.
