Addmission process is conducted by jossa, After that all the process is conducting in online mode only,jossa conducted the addmission process in 5 slots. All the seat is allotted on the behalf of the jee advance rank And I get into civil engineering

Course Curriculum Overview :

IIT Roorkee is the first college for civil engineering thats why I chose IIT Roorkee. In civil engineering, more than 20 profs is allocated. All the prof are graduate from very good college or university.Every 3-month regular exam is conducted

Class Size : 192Course Fees : INR 145000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Many companies also come for internships And students also applied for gov intern. Many cores and many noncore company for marketing and data science and codding companies also come for intern and I also applied for an intern in 2 year

Placement Experience :

For the campus placement, a 3-year student is also eligible. More than 200 companies is come for the placement of the student The highest package is about 3 crore and lowest packege is about 4 lakh per year Companies come like hpcl, amazon,textbook Etc

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

100000 is the tution fee of the college And I get nsp scholarship in that I get some amount. And in college, many scholarships is provided And also college is provided money for those who don't afford the fee

Campus Life :

Thomso is the main fest name of our college And many fests is conducted in college Different type of fest is conducted in college for refreshments of the students The class room is very good quality In the college many groups are present And I am also in 4 clubs such as Sports cultural NSO

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facility is very good. Food also provided by the institute mass In the first year, 2 3 students are share the room But in the 2 year, all the student are in the single in the room Food is good not very good

Hostel Fee : INR 45000 per year

IIRS Dehradun, A Synopsis

Remarks:

For the higher studies in Remote Sensing & GIS, IIRS (ISRO) is the best institute in India. The personal preference would be Masters over the Diploma course since the Masters programme includes a 14 month project towards the end of the course, in which the researcher gets to work under the guidance of experienced scientists from ISRO. A drawback of the course would be that the syllabus is demanding and the exams are tightly scheduled.

Glimpse of 125 year old Technical Institute of India

Remarks:

As my previous experience was in Bridge Engineering , so on the basis of that IIT ROORKEE is best among others ,as it offers a course named as Masters in Structural Engineering with diversification in Bridge Engineering , which makes to choose this Institute specifically over others.Admission took place though multiple doors :- First is through GATE Score without any GD or PI or both Second one is through Sponsored Category like of mine Third one is through Quality Improvement Programme (QIP) For more information on admission you may refer to IIT ROORKEE PG Admission latest Information Brochure.I think it is not a Bad aspect of institute , but Institute must do certain reforms in it?Ûªs admission process as till now IITR took admission directly on the basis of GATE SCORE for M.Tech / MURP courses which , but I will suggest that in future IIT ROORKEE must took admission for the same programme through GATE Score as well as GD or PI or Both , result of which it increase the opportunities of many relatively lower GATE scores candidates to took dream of doing their Masters from reputed IIT ROORKEE For Dates Tentatively application started from the month of April every year Last date to submit the application - last of April Results announced through COAP portal ( you need to separately register yourself on COAP portal to participate in the counselling process of all IIT?Ûªs) in multiple rounds along with some Additional round & spot round I don?Ûªt search or see any forum or websites or blog while selecting this college because in my previous company I made many visits to IIT ROORKEE by which I came to know many more about it automatically .

Admission:

I got admission into IITR as a Sponsored Candidate, so I didn?Ûªt took any entrance exam for that but inspite of that I qualified an interview to get admission into it
