Entrance Preview :

The admission was done on the basis of AIEEE all india Rank. There was counselling on the basis of that we have got the admission.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is perfectly designed by panjab university, having the latest syllabus and the subjects were taught. There are few courses which were added recently by the university like the Fem in mechanical engineering branch. Also some software techniques like computer aided designing etc.

Internships Opportunities :

The college do provide the interns to some students it's depends on faculty specific. Like a student has come from delhi university to your college and working under the mechanical department professor and getting around 10000 pm.

Placement Experience :

The placements are great, Honda, Infosys, Swaraj Mazda , Richer,Sonalika, TCS , L&T Indian army, Indian Navy are the major recruiters. we are having 85 % placements and the average package was around 3.5 lakhs pa during my graduate year. Some of the students are placed in the government jobs also.

College Events :

We are having various technical and cultural events like Lexicon, Apratim, Jalsa Youth Festival. These events are very big all the major colleges of North India are the participated in the events. Also every year an alumni meet and college convocation is organised.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee was nominal and deposited on the semester basis. Which is easily managed by anyone. The fee deposited by me was around 200000, it means that for every semester have to pay around 50,000 Inr. The fee was same as compared to other colleges like IIT NIts etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I have got the 50 % free ship from the college in which you only have to pay 50 % of tuitionfee if you are among first six toppers of your college.

Campus Life :

We are having the great pathshala a place where lots of events are organised, the girls are less though but the lifestyle was great. The various workshops are organised by the different departments like SAE workshop.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel charges are very very less, though in the starting the food was not good but they are giving good food later when talked with the authorities. In the hostel the average mess expenses are around 2400 per month.

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes the alumni was great supportive peoples helping each other for the college betterment. We have seniors which are already placed in the various companies helped us a lot in getting how to prepare for the interview and written exams carriedout in placements also they helped us in clearing our doughts .

Exam Structure :

The exams are good and very have learned a lot from our college I various labs. We are never bored of going the labs however it helps to enhance our skills and provide us the deep knowledge about the subject .

Faculty :

The faculty of the college was appointed as per government norms and the teachers are very well qualified in their respective fields. All the faculties are from very good colleges like IIT, Nit Other universities also some foreign faculties are also there.

MBA students have 2 internships, one being chemical core internship, which is done after 3 year for 2 months which is not shifted to last semester of 4th year for 6 months. Apart from this, there is a 2 month internship for MBA part. Earlier it was 2 months but now it is, also 6 months in the last semester. MBA students gets their internships done, both paid and unpaid included. But for placements, that story is not so good.

Placement Experience:

The placements are just average. Companies come everyday or everyweek. Placement drive keeps running all time. Packages above 10 LPA have very very high competition. Courses have everything to crack a good package off campus. But students aren't studious they don't know anything they just blame the university

Here the average package is 8lpa. Students start to get placements in their 5th semester. Microsoft, accenture, infosis, ibm etc are the companies which often visits for placement. University also guides the student for higher studies such as MBA and mtech etc. It provides guidance through dcpd, a department of career planning in our college

Some students can get start getting internships offers from 5th semester and most of the students can get starts getting offers since the end og 6th semester. There almost more than 910+ companies that visit the campus with various offers which can be from new Startups to MNCs. Highest package offered was around 2 crore pa and the least being 5 lpa and average being 10-12 lpa. 70-80% students can get placed from the TPP(training and placement program) provided by the college by the end of 8th semester. I plan to get a job as a java developer at first proceed towards a carrier in cybersecurity.

For campus placement students can involve in 7th semester also many students got their PPOs in 6th semester as well. There are many reputed companies visited in PEC like Apple, Microsoft,Adobe,JP Morgan,Goldman Sachs,Amazon etc.Highest package this year was around 58LPA on-campus while average of all branch turns into around 14.33LPA.Overall more than 50 percent students got placed in all batch while around 80 percent placed in CSE due to recession. My plan is to get a decent package after the degree or during my 4th year.

Placement Experience:

The placements in our college are quite good for my branch ( CSE ) but the mechanical and civil placement rate is very low only a few students sit for placement and are placed. Approx 80% of students placed in CSE, 70% in ECE, and 40% and 20% in mechanical and civil respectively. My plan is to go for a master's whether in india or abroad along with a part-time job.
