Remarks :

I opted this college as it was nearby my hometown also due to the magnificent infrastructure as well as good placements with highly qualified faculties. Kaziranga University is also ranked among the top most university in entire Northeast. Furthermore, it has tie up with many international companies like IBM and some foreign universities for its other courses.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I would say the curriculum is pretty decent but as an enthusiast learner I wish it was much more developed in the field of what I opted for. Also, the first year syllabus is just a go through of class 11 and 12 which for me seemed a bit waste of time. Talking about the faculties, they are highly qualified although in terms of some subjects some of the teachers have problem in explaining things in a better manner, it might also be a reason because of their mother tongue accent which many students might not grasp.

Internships Opportunities :

I had completed one internship as a Marketing Intern for Delhi University in promoting "Education to Dialogue" program initiated by DUSU( Delhi University Students Union)

Placement Experience :

Placement is pretty decent. Companies like Spyder, Amazon, IBM, Byjus comes for the recruitmentalong with the other small start-up companies of the country.

College Events :

Kaziranga University has around more than 5 clubs that you can enroll yourself in, as per your interest in the particular field. Also, there's an annual fest call Talent Tantra which is one of the biggest annual fest in North East. Many big celebrities and participants from International borders come to show case their talents.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

You can opt for loans our university has tied up with state bank of India and would provided you all the details and instructions required to avail a loan for yourself.

Campus Life :

Our university is fully equipped with sports facilities, library, gyms as well as music room, auditorium, canteen and a cafe to hang out. It also has a beautiful sceneric beauty from the hostel as well as the restaurants are available just outside the campus.

Hostel Facilities :

There are 3 types of hostel rooms that you can avail for yourself: 4 seater, 3 seater and 2 seater. You can also opt for AC rooms depending upon your need. Per semester as of 2019 we paid 35000 for 4 seater including all the other charges. The washroom and the rooms get clean everyday. Calisthenics workout bars are available as well with gym equipments. It is pretty easy to opt for hostel facility. College is just around 10 mins walk from the hostel.

NIT Silchar - Honest Review

Placement Experience:

The placements of this college were very good until last year but last year due to decline in tech jobs and the burst of the IT boom , the placements have declined to a significant amount and there is no hope of recovery anytime soon . As far as I have learned from my seniors, placements are not very satisfactory.

Remarks:

Tezpur university is a central university, and every year in the university ranking report of overall india it performing the top and in the all asian region aswell. The campus is also really beautiful and as my nearer to the hometown i found this is the best for me. The teaching stuff is also good and after the completion of this we get the job aswell. So i found this course is helpful for me.

Placement opportunity a lot from the course for government job aswell as private sectors. Remarks:

College management is good and really helpful the mess food is not so good also that canteen in our college is so pathetic. the infrastructure of the college is really good and the teaching is also really good placement is patient or college need to work more on skill building of the weak students.

Admission:

For BTech we have to give JEE mains exams so according to ranks there will be admission in this college. There is no management quota or any other mode of admission in the BTech for MTech or PhD there is direct interview based admission. First we have to give the exam for JEE mains then we have to sit in the counselling for getting the seat in the college.
