Remarks :

Pragjyotish college is one of the oldest and finest colleges in Assam and i liked the environment of the college as it also gives opportunity to the students to open up and the faculty member are friendly and helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Pragjyotish College provides enough meterials for the course but it does need more industraial exposure and it should also give importance to extra curricular activities and sports and culture which will help the students to open up and a field to build a career.

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 6000 per year

Placement Experience :

There was no such placements and job opportunies in the college as it only provides degree and it is a general degree college, not a technical college. So no such companies have come to provide job opportunities. But the students with science background will able to got more jobs in medical and various fields.

College Events :

The campus life was quiet nice as events are managed by the union bodies who are always there to help. The cultural program, college weeks are good and the union members always give the opportunity for the students to perform and showcase ones talent.

Campus Life :

Pragjyotish College needs more infrastructure for sports and also faculties. Also different professional courses should be introduced. College canteen can be improved to a huge extent. There is no wifi in the college which is a necessity nowadays.

Arya vidyapeeth college life as a student

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose philosophy as my major course as I want to learn about the things we experienced and the way they are the curriculum prepares me well enough to overcome in my day-to-day life I haven't faced any need for improvement in the teaching method. Course Curriculum Overview:

About the course curriculum, I still wonder why they have to put science subjects on the course curriculum of arts students. They would say it's a basic course but it is definitely not. Those arts students came there to learn their main subjects. I think it is unnecessary to put sc subjects there plus it is not basic. Otherwise the main subjects' curriculum is pretty well organised and planned.

I love my college and I don't think that their is any change required

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like it.There is no any specific aspects regarding my subject. From class 12 onwards I like my subject economics and so I persude this course.
