About Dikhowmukh College
The Dikhowmukh College was established in 1982. It is an affiliated college of Dibrugarh University. The College offers the three year degree courses in Arts. It is the only institution of higher education in greater Dikhowmukh which has been catering to the cross-section of population of the entire area. The College has received University Grant Commission Recognition under Section 12 (B) and 2 (f). The College has also been assessed by the National Assessment and accreditation Council.
Infrastructure
It is spread over an area of 15.07 acres. The college building houses suitable number of classrooms, departmental rooms, library with a reading room, teacher’s common room, computer room, canteen and Administrative wing. There are seven departments.

The students who have BPL or low income. They have to pay less and can get the reservation. The timing of exams are good. In 3 years, students have to face 12 sessional exams and 6 final examination.
