Remarks :

It is pretty good just sometimes you have to adjust the communication and have patience.

Course Curriculum Overview :

There is 8 sem in the full-time course and you will also get industrial closure. there is an industrial talk given by an industrial person who came and give a talk which is very good. Now our college is a deemed university and accredited by NBA. I suggest you join if you want.

Class Size : 600Course Fees : INR 175000 per year

Placement Experience :

The placement is good. This year's 2020 batch's highest package was 12lpa and on average, it is 4 LPA. it is quite impressive almost 80% get the placement.

College Events :

There are various events like zygon our annual fest and cultural night and various events organised by various clubs. Like Rhythm nova by music club and various good plantation activity by the green club and there is various quiz organised by quiz club also there is a site which is also good.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It is feasible. There are various ways like google pay, phone pay or else you can directly transfer to the college account. And also demand draft is also accepted. But canteen bill you have to pay monthly although they are affordable and it is quite good no issue.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are no scholarship that college gives you have to pay all the fees and I have not taken loan but you can easily get it if you want.

Campus Life :

I guess the no of boys is more than girls but not much and the campus is quite beautiful tough not so large it is a small college but you will enjoy it I guess. And there is various Inter College and Intra College sports competition which is quite interesting. and there are various competitions like Robotics, debates and many more.

Hostel Facilities :

Yes hostel is quite neat and clean. There are 3 people in one room and the size of the room is quite good and comfortable. And its is quite comfortable to live in. Although room rents are also not high you can opt for it.

Alumni/Alumna :

yes they do come and give talk. And is very helpful for the students. They come and talk about various coding competition that is quite helpful.

Admission :

You have to give Jee mains and according to the rank, they will allow you the branch and all. Mainly it occurs in the month of June or July. And in Aug you will start your semester. After the counselling, you will have to submit half the fees and do the registration.

Faculty :

The faculty is good and highly qualified. They have done MTech or PhD. Also, they are experienced and can guide you better. There is a good faculty members and they can give you guidance at any point in time. feel free to ask a question and also no of the holiday is less.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements where they have to show their skills to the interviews in order to get placement. The name of the companies visited are Infosys, Oracle, Dalmia, Tata. The average package the companies give is around 3 to 4 lacs. My plan after getting the degree is to already settle by getting a placement.

According to seniors , placements are good and decent comparing to other nits . After 6 semester , company are hiring for placements . Many companies has visited more than enough . Highest package I seen in 23 is 1.12 CR in rubrik from senior . My plans after degree is doing sde job at company.

Reality of GIFT college

Placement Experience:

Placements! Once upon a time in year 2016-17 Amazon, Oracle etc used to come... Now all are just less paying startups who select for 3,4,4.5 lpa on average Yeah some get 9-10lpa if they are really good, opportunities are always there for good students, but not more than this... If you're dreaming a 13,15,20,50lpa package, don't wake up, it's not possible in real life here (atleast till now)

Students are available from 7th semester for their placements. This college provides a good environment for professional study. I got alloted to the college through my entrance mark so i chose it. It was my dream to study Electrical engineering but i didn't got the branch in any other college and i got the department over here so i thought it would be better to study here

Various companies visit our campus for recruitment. Among those companies the name of some big companies are TATA, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, JINDAL, LNT. For being able to sit in the interview for any campus a student must have scored a minimum of 7 cgpa and must have good communication skills. In my knowledge there is no big startup by our batch.
