Overall when you are here with just graduating purpose and aiming for some competitive exam this college is just the one.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Apart from B. B. A they provide B. C. A, M. B. A, M. C. A courses. They follow semester pattern that is two semesters in one year. 1 semester is further divided into Mid term examination (25 marks) then final exam (50 marks) then further marks are distributed to your assignments and reports given by faculties. In my batch they haven't organised any industrial visits for us. And even there is no on-campus placements for undergraduating students.
Placement Experience :
No, for undergraduating students the college doesn't provide any placement or even internship. If you are connected with any faculty they could give you few suggestions where to look for internships or placement, but do not expect this from college administration.
College Events :
There are different societies made by students itself. Faculties do have the incharge authority. You could be a part of these societies byfulfulling their own entrance criteria and enjoy their different events organised on Saturday. You can win cash prizes too.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee varies from batch to batch. Semester wise the fees are to be paid. in the beginning you will have to pay the admission fee and security amount that is to be refunded at the end of your session. For batch 2015-2018 it was 50, 000 per semester.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
No I didn't opted for any scholarships but they do provide scholarship according to your consecutive good grades.
Campus Life :
They have option of library where your will get books related to your courses, they have 2 computer labs where your can access with permission. Gender ratio here is 50-50. While taking admission they have their criteria 50% girls and 50% boys. Then they have reservations for ST and SC (*no reservations for OBC). The lecture are again divided morning session only for girls and the second half lectures for boys.
Hostel Facilities :
There are no facilities of hostel in lalpur branch. They do provide hostel in mesra campus or any other campuses, but not for Lalpur campus. You can opt for private PGs nearby available. Nearby private PGs can cost you average of 6500 per month excluding meals.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes keeping in touch with alumni might help you with different queries regarding different activities and subjects.
Faculty :
Faculties are friendly here, they would always clear your queries and doubts whenever they are free. All the faculties alloted to teach our course were well expertised in their field. They would always give suggestions about the different research paper to go through and other study material.
