Remarks :

No permanent campus and no ground for playing for students also all the events will be conducted by the college even though in a small manner sometimes there will be very late reply when we send any message to academics

Course Curriculum Overview :

Electronics and communication course is well a good and interesting course most of the people are interested of taking computer science engineering but electronics is also helps to know what's happening around us. There will be 8 semesters in btech each semester containing one mid term exam and two class tests and two assignments and one end term exam

Placement Experience :

Many companies came to our college offering jobs but for my course only one core company came this year even though we are unable to crack that company we can be placed in other companies by coding. By cracking the code

College Events :

There will be two fests in our college 1. Cognitia( Technical fest) 2.shishir(Cultural fest) The fests will be very useful to know about the robotics there will be several events in which we can participate with bots and win price money

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Since iam a hostller and I belong to general OC category so I pay rupees of 97, 000 which will be partially refunded since my family's annual income is below one lakh tuition fee that is 62, 500 will be refunded this all per semester

Fees and Financial Aid :

College will not provide any loan for us we can apply for loan in near by state bank of India by showing the I'd proof of our college I too applied for the loan and got the loan for 7 lakhs it's better to take loan

Campus Life :

Labs will be fine not good and also not bad equipment will be there and lab technicians are also good that they will explain the working and functioning of various machines and things sports will be good but here there is no ground to play

Hostel Facilities :

Infrastructure will be nice since it is a government Institute and all facilities will be there for hostller gym will be there and food will be provided the quality of the food will also be nice some indoor sports equipment will also be there

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Many of the seniors said that we must do internships to improve our skills at the time of completion of third year we must have did thouree interships so that we can write about them in our CV which will be helpfull during placements

Admission :

Thourough JEE main exam you can join in this college you can apply for this college in JOSAA if you have qualified in JEE MAIN you must qualify JEE main in order to take admission in any NIT after allotment of seat in JOSAA you must report to the respective college for document verification

Faculty :

Faculty here are good but some faculty are not good but few members are very good in the subject and their classes will be interesting but some assistant professors are not good but education will be fine

Good Environment Good culture Good future

Placement Experience:

The campus of the university is overall average. We get packages around 10 LPA but mostly students opt for heigher studies as only 10 -20 percent of students successfully get placed My plans are for masters in technology after the degree . I have appeared for gate and qualified ans i would like to sit for councilling if i get in any good nit or iit

The college is located in main city place in Shillong Meghalaya. The college has decent infrastructure with good facility and machines. But has less no. Of faculties with not so good faculties in some subjects. Overall a great college better then any local college with proper opportunities.

My college experience

Remarks:

The campus being temporary at present, is in a much happier place surrounded by all kinds of restaurants, food corners, necessary shops, good hospitals, banks etc. The negative may be the lack of space in most classrooms, however that turns good as the faculties focus better on each & *** CGPA turns out better***

Remarks:

Overall it is okay. But since there is no permanent campus, it is very hard for us to reach College on time everyday. We have to get up early in the morning to wait for the bus and all. Also, tehre is a limited resources. Our library is too small and labs are also not sufficient.

Remarks:

There are various clubs such as Coding Club,Robotics Club,Literary Club,Photography Clubetc. The worst thing about this college is it has been functioning from temporary campus.The opportunities and facilities are limited for the students because of this. Students have to face hardships staying in hostels aways from college.
