Remarks :

The best college of Central India. It is allrounder as it balances students life between fests, sports, academics and fun. The fee is quite low and has the brand of National Institute of Technology and being centrally located. Has good environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The exam pattern is divided into four parts. They are as follows. Sessional 1. 15% Sessional 2. 15% Assignment. 10% End Semester. 60% The curriculum is based on real life application and problems. 8 semesters. Evaluation is based on credit system.

Placement Experience :

The brand of it being a National Institute of technology. Placements and internships are always plenty and well paying. The best placements are of the computer science and engineering(CSE) and chemical engineering (CME).

College Events :

Department Gathering (DG)-3 days Aarohi ( Cultural fest) - 3 days Institute Gathering (IG) - 10 days Axis (Technical fest) - 3 days Consortium ( Entrepreneurship cell fest) - 3 days And regular festivals are celebrated with high enthusiasm.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

As the college is run by central government, the fee is affordable and remission is provided for Economically and socially backward students. The Fee is exceptionally high for the students who obtain admission through DASA.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college provides remission for Economically backward students( students whose family income is less than 5 lakhs per anum). Government and private scholarships are also available and students are guided to apply by seniors.

Campus Life :

The new sports complex is well equipment with modern sports facilities like a indoor batminton courts, table tennis halls, yoga hall, chess hall, caroms hall and outdoor facilities are basketball, volleyball, kabaddi, cricket, football, Futsal, Tennis, handball grounds.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostels are built newly and are well equipment with modern acoustics and infrastructure like Lan and sports and facilities. It has ten boys hostels and three girls hostels out of which three are new.

External Expense : Rs. 2000 - Rs. 4000

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumni Network is very keen on college development and improvement. They have provided four battery vehicles for transportation inside the institute. They have volunteered to renowate the campus for diamond jubilee in 2020.

Admission :

Entrance exam for the college is Joint entrance examination Mains. (JEE Mains). The admission is done through Joint seat allocation authority (JoSAA). Computer science has the best placements in this college.

Faculty :

Very sweet and always ready to help as many of them are students of the same institute. Many of them have achieved PhD from reputed institutes around the world like Indian Institute of technologies(IIT).

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ADMISSION IN YCCE?

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
