The univeristy needs to organize as many job drives in the camp so that student can make full use of it. Also, the syllabus of the course need to be reviews and updated as per criteria and IT industry.

There are 50 questions in the exam which comprises of aptitude, mathematics, engish comprehension and computer knowledge. There is negative marking in the exam for each wrong answer which is 1/4 of total mark of the question.

There are incampus and offcampus drives organized by the univeristy which provides the chance to students to grab the job before completing the course. Job drives incudes various MNCs and other private sector companies.

Yes, there is a technical fest with quizes, project presentations and various other events. There are various seminars during the course organized by the univeristy which provide the opprotuntity to the students to gain knowledge.

Its around 80k-100k for the complete course which is divided in per semester fees. We need to pay fees semester wise after every 6 months which includes various other charges like exam charges, maintenance charges, library charges etc.

Scholrships are only provided to SC, ST AND OBC candidates. No other scholariships are provided to the students which is very discriminating for hardworking students. Scholarships are provided in the form of fee reimbursals.

There are various activities which are organized in the campus including sports, cultutal and many more. Students can participate in them according to thier talents and achieve awards by show casing their talent.

Not opted for hostel but as my friends are in hostel so i frequently go there for studies. The hostel facilities is as usual basic and not much. They just provide a bed, almirah, table and not anything else.

Yes alumni amd seniors are very helpful. Prior to only studies, they are also very friendly and cordinating during events, seminars and other activities. We can take any help like study material, notes and anything what we want, they are always ready for it.

We neee to go through an entrance exam called JUET and then counsellings will be done on the basis of rank in the entrance and we provide an opportunity to choose the campus of our choice as per rank.

Jammu university main campus has excellent faculty with phd holders. Professors are well experienced and willing to make students learn and share their knowledge. They are not only professors but authors of many books.
