Course Curriculum Overview :

Because I had keen interest in masters Student faculty ratio is 8:1 Every teacher there is PhD and teaching method is smart class And the staff is very cooperative You get semester exams after every 6 months and strict checking will force you to study more

Internships Opportunities :

Iquasar offered proposal development with monthly salary of 18,000 BQE offered software development with monthly salary of 30,000 Some projects were government contracting and federal organisation. J

Placement Experience :

From 3rd semester of masters students are eligible for placement The highest package of student was 4LPA There are 30% of students who gets placed every year After getting the degree I am preparing for further studies abroad

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I was given scholarship 3 times. MCM scholarship That is merit cum means scholarship And various other scholarships like PMSS is also available there Regarding fee hike since it is a semi government college so fees is not an issue

Campus Life :

The annual fest is conducted in November There is the biggest library known as moulana Azad University Every book is available there There is also a sports room and a big playground Beside there are also social sites

Admission :

First of all, you have to apply for the Kashmir University entrance exam because MCA is affiliated with Kashmir University Since Islamia College is a semi government college so cut off criteria is also very high. You need to get 30 marks out of 60 in order to enter there. So I was lucky enough to get it. Admission fees is low compared to other affiliated colleges only 13000 per year

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decisions to choose this course include its alignment with my career goals, the inclusion of practical project and the reputation of faculty. A good curriculum should bridge the gap between theoretical and practical real world application. It should include case studies, industry projects, and internships. For students intending to pursue further academic studies, the curriculum should provide a solid foundation in the subject matter and offer opportunities for advanced reseacrh or specialization. Overall a well-designed curriculum should be dynamic, responsive to changing industry needs and supportive of students learning journey, whether they intend to enter the workforce immediately or pursue further academic studies.

Remarks:

Positive about college is, the college was disciplined. Once we enter in our college we were not allowed to go out without faculty permission which is good things from my point of view. Negative about college was that there was no public transport students have to walk 3km from bus station to reach. Or students have to take college transportation which is little higher side on money.
