Experienced learning

Course Curriculum Overview :

The MBA course was designed with keeping in mind about covering every important domain of the management. I was in MBA finance hence, I learned about corporate investment management, Portfolio management, Hedge fund management, and Small business and corporate finance.

Placement Experience :

The jobs and the placement drives here were good as most of the time, the placement process starts from the commencement of final year. During my final year, many of my classmates were placed in Deloitte and Amazon with an average salary package.

College Events :

The events and workshops are the duly part of college life and I was lucky to get involved in various seminars and events. I attended this conference on Building India Inc - Business Summit organized by the college. Here I learned about the growth of the Indian economy and business.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure here is neither expensive nor less. It was somewhere in between. I paid Rs 4 lakhs during the commencement of my 1st year and likewise the total amount was someway to be approximately Rs 8 lakhs/-.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facilities were good and quite spacious. I was happy that each of the rooms was cleaned and hygienic. The rooms were shared between 2 and we had this common room and indoor games for entertainment purposes.

Admission :

I took admission in the MBA program right after I completed my graduation in economics. And to get into this top rank college I was well prepared hence, I was able to score a good percentage in CAT entrance and luckily was able to meet the eligibility scores published by the college department.

Faculty :

All the professors and guest lecturers were good and understanding their way of giving us lectures was creative as many of them involved us to do some research on the desired topics so that the subject knowledge could be imparted in us.

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is not the very best but one can easily take placement from the college if he/she keeps himself/herself updated with the skillset and always maintains and revises their notes The companies that visits for many courses are Accenture, TCS, Jio Bp, ICICI Prudential, Investor Clinic, etc. 75% of the students appearing in the placements get placed however only 15-20% get placed with very good packages. My plan after getting the degree is to work for the company where I will be placed during the campus placements.

Placement Experience:

The campus does provide placement opportunities for the students. For MBA students from the 3rd sem become eligible for sitting in placements. Companies for finance, marketing, and HR specialization frequently conduct placement drives on the campus. However, for Business Analytics the frequency is less compared to others.

Remarks:

University faculty was good but it is in between of mountain and transportation is a problem to go there as it is about 105 Km from Rishikesh towards badrinath. College management is very good. I am from BIHAR and taken admission in uttarakhand but never faced issue due to outsider. Exam result degree certificate and everythin i got on time. even now a days i wanted to talk to faculties they all are easily approachable through phone. networking sites.i recommend those student who are financially not strong but wanted to do higher study they can go there and make their future bright. I was a average student not got placement there. And also i dont had any god father in industry. But now a days i am a Manager in Axis Bank Ltd in Retail lending and payment department.
