Remarks :

Bonding in students is very good. Senior and juniors help each other in every situation. Girls' strength is also significant in college. Teachers and professors are also supportive and are quite experienced.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is curriculum is good. A year is divided into two semesters. In a course, There are total of 4 years and 8 semesters. To pass the course one needs to pass all the semesters and to pass a semester one needs to pass all the subjects in that semester.

Placement Experience :

The placement scenario in college is not very good. Our college comes under the tier-3 category after IITs and NITs. So, due to less exposure, big companies do not visit our college but students are quite talented and get good placement and packages in off-campus drives of companies.

College Events :

There are many events and fests that we celebrate every year. 1. Branch fest: each engineering branch celebrates its own fest. 2. Cultural fest: cultural fest is organized by the college. 3. Technical fest: technical fest is also organized by the college which includes coding and robotics competition.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

As the college comes under UP Government, so the fee is not much high and feasible as compared to other private colleges. The college fee is about 60000 and the hostel and mess include about 35000. The fee is feasible for all students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

College with the help of the government provides scholarships to financially weak students every year. Which covers college fees and hostel fees and also some pocket money. There is also a program TEQUIP, which provides funds to help students to participate in different activities.

Campus Life :

Labs are fairly arranged with good and high-class equipment. In each semester every student has to take at least 4 practical subjects which include lab activities. Sports culture in the college is also good. Students from this college win many medals in different sport meets.

Hostel Facilities :

Yes, I have opted for the hostel. Hostel facilities are quite good. There are 8 hostels for male students. Rooms are quite spacious, water supply is good. RO water is available 24*7 for drinking. Each hostel has a mess to provide food.

Alumni/Alumna :

Senior students are quite supportive of the college. They try to solve every problem of juniors. The Alumni network is also good. Alumni support current students for getting internships and job placements.

Admission :

I have got admission to the college through the entrance exam. The entrance exam known as UPSEE was held in the month of April, any student pursuing 12th or passed 12th in recent years can appear for this exam. Based on the score of each participant rank list is generated. According to rank, college is decided.

Faculty :

Faculties are quite educated and experienced. Faculties are supportive and always tries to help students. They have good technical knowledge. Faculties assessment is done by a panel of highly experienced faculties of the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The subject of Biotechnology is of great importance and is very new and interesting too. The subjects offered are relevant and insightful as they offer knowledge on all aspects of the field. The curriculum is in correspondence to the syllabus of entrance exams like GATE making the preparation easier. We have exams every 4 months. The schedule is decent but there are lesser gaps than required between exams. The practical exams are sometimes conducted in the gaps between the exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because there is too much scope in computer science in future and this college gives us good placement. Mid and end terms are timely mid-term are easy but end terms are hard to gain marks but checking is lenient

The one thing Galgotias is known for is, its placement and almost every student gets a job at the end of their graduation. there are around 400+ companies with several offers and the college also suggests and gets the student to enroll in many off-campus placement tracks to get the high package. the highest package is around 40 - 50 LPA. currently, I'm also doing the Cognizant placement track which is off-campus. of 6.75lpa.
