3.8 /5

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is divided into six semesters. With a combination of compulsory and two elective subjects. The syllabus helped grow my understanding of the financial field and the good level of teaching.

Placement Experience :

The placement is pretty good in my college. The students are provided special training in order to furnish their Interview skills. Our college also organises placement drives in collaboration with other colleges.

College Events :

Foundation Day and Concluding Ceremony are the main highlights of the session. I was part of the college skit team which participated and won inter-college skit competition. College provides an interesting platform to make a better balance between academics and extracurricular activities.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The course fee for a UG program is around 15k, which is very nominal. The college offers quality education to the needy and deserving students. The college is one of the best and most affordable colleges in the region.

Campus Life :

The college is pretty much lively in terms of campus life. The campus life at Umshyrpi College is pretty good. A lot of activities take place throughout the year. The college like emphasising on the overall development of a student. The college infra is good and the buildings are good and provide pretty decent amenities to the students.

Admission :

A class 12 pass out with 50% marks are eligible for admission to the UG program. Students need to register with the college. After document verification, you will be granted admission.

Faculty :

The faculty was very qualified and had a lot of experience in the field of teaching. They were pretty much supportive and accessible. They motivated us to take part in extracurricular activities, to boost our overall development.

Placement Experience:

Placements are provided but i haven't really minded it. As for me i would go for competitive exam such as SCC and work hard to get in. My goal is to only get a degree so i can give exams. I also hope that everyone knows which field they should go into.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course as I had earlier studied in the commerce background so I opted for that. When it came to the college, it helped me learn the course in depth and it further provided more information on the course materials and later build us towards a proper approach to studies. The timing of exams were very easy and easy for all the students considering some of us had part time jobs to attend.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For me now it's okay but we got many teachers for only one subject and not just 2-3 but 5 .soo it's kind of weird and feels very unnecessary . One of the major problem that we faced that our college was not sure whether to apply NEP20 or not . Because of that we were not sure of the syllabus. And in first semester I think main subject were not so main.

Remarks:

Nothing as such. I loved studying there. It gave me an opportunity to let people know that college name does not matter but how well you prepare yourself during your exam.

Admission:

I got admission due to my merit. It was not a tough to get in there as they believe in the students rather than concentrating on he marks that they had score. They took just 5 mins interview and I was selected and I was great ful to this college who had given me an opportunity to grow and study.

Admission:

The admission process is pretty simple and straightforward. The college gives special preference to the girl child and students from economically weaker sections. I was considering going to Delhi for higher studies, I am glad that I joined this college.

Placement Experience:

Placement is pretty ordinary in our college. The college has limited corporate connections that too are limited to some specific stream.
