What is the process for iit roorkee phd admission 2024?

The selection for the IIT Roorkee Phd program is done on the basis of individual merit and/or an interview conducted by the respective department.

• The candidate must have completed their master’s in the relevant discipline with at least a CGPA of 6.0 or 60%.
• The candidate must have a valid score in - GATE / CEED / JEST / UGC-NET / CSIR-NET.

OR

• The candidate must have a four year bachelor’s degree with at least a CGPA of 7.0 or 70% (CFTI candidates) / or CGPA of 7.5 or 75% of marks (non-CFTI candidates).
• The candidate must have a valid score in GATE / CEED / JEST / UGC-NET / CSIR-NET.
