The GATE 2024 admit card was released on January 3, 2024, and the exam was held on February 3,4,10, and 11, 2024. The results were announced on March 16, 2024. There is no dress code for MTech students at LPU. Students are allowed to wear whatever they want until it is decent. Students are expected to dress modestly and respect cultural norms. 

• During the soft skills classes from the first year onwards, students have to wear formals which can be purchased from the university store. 
• During laboratory sessions, they are expected to wear laboratory attire like lab coats and shoes as preventive measures. 
• LPU is very strict regarding dress during the placements and students must be well groomed and follow the dress code. For boys, it is a white shirt, black pants, a blazer, black shoes and a tie.
