Yes, you will get into IET but the branch that you get may or may not be any of the core branches such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, CS, IT, etc.

It will be difficult to get admission in IET Lucknow with a UPSEE rank of 6,414, especially if you are a general category student.

Since there are 3 rounds of counseling available, you should perform well and remain positive.
JSS Noida will be a better option for you. The location factor is also very important. After completing course, you can easily get a job in any of the IT in Noida. The off-campus chances of getting placed are also high. You will also get good industrial exposure in the JSS Noida college. The college is very strict in attendance. The company has got a lot of placement opportunities. The labs and equipment of the college are also well equipped.
IET Lucknow being a government college is good for core branches only. The CS and IT branch of the college is not that good. If you are planning for GATE and other competitive exams. you might get ample time for that because there is no such attendance system.
Choosing between NIT and IET Lucknow will be a tough task. As both have their own qualities and reputation.
