VIT is inviting applications for Integrated (5-year) MTech programs for the 2025 academic session. Admissions are open for all four campuses: VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT AP, and VIT Bhopal.
Applications will be processed in the order of merit, based on the aggregate of marks secured in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in the 10+2 / Higher Secondary & Intermediate Examination. No entrance exam is required for admissions.
The list of shortlisted candidates will be published on June 4, 2025. After that, applicants can give their campus and program preferences from June 4 to 6, 2025.

VIT Integrated MTech Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should be Resident Indian National and must have studied in regular, full-time, and formal education schools located in India in the preceding two years (10 +2). Furthermore, candidates whose date of birth falls on or after July 1, 200,5 are eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria For General Candidates
- VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai Campus: A pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State / Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination.
- Minimum 70% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
- VIT AP and VIT Bhopal Campus: A pass in the Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State / Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination.
- Minimum 65% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
Eligibility Criteria For SC/ST, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and North Eastern States
- VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai Campus: Minimum 60% aggregate in PCM for SC/ST and applicants hailing from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim & Tripura.
- VIT AP and VIT Bhopal Campus: Minimum 55% aggregate in PCM for SC/ ST and applicants hailing from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladak,h and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim & Tripura.
VIT Integrated MTech Fees 2025
Candidates can check the program fees for Integrated MTech for all the campuses from the table below.

Candidates have to submit a caution deposit of INR 2,000 for only the 1st year.
Separate hostel accommodation is available for boys and girls. Hostel accommodation will be provided only to candidates whose residence is beyond a 100 km radius from the Institute.
Seats will be allotted based on rank, preference of campus & program. Selected candidates will receive their Provisional Admission Letter to pay their tuition fees through online mode. The schedule for Orientation & Commencement of Classes will be announced and the details will be sent through E-mail.
