PES University 2027-28 annual course fees for BTech, MBA, BCA and other programmes, plus one-time charges, hostel and scholarships.
PES University BTech CSE tuition totals an estimated ₹22.8 lakh over four years at the 2027-28 JEE Main quota rate of ₹5.7 lakh a year. The estimate assumes no later fee change. A one-time ₹10,000 administrative charge, hostel and other separately billed services are extra.
Key points: The annual 2027-28 fee differs by branch and seat category. CSE and CSE AI/ML are ₹5.7 lakh under the JEE Main quota, ECE is ₹5.2 lakh, and Mechanical, EEE and Biotechnology are ₹4.7 lakh. PES has not put management, NRI or 2027 government KCET fees in this table.
PES University BTech Fees 2027-28
These annual fees apply to the JEE Main quota and to KCET applicants taking PESU merit seats. Government KCET seats have a different fee structure.

CSE is ₹50,000 a year above ECE and ₹1 lakh above Mechanical, EEE or Biotechnology. The four-year estimates exclude the ₹10,000 administrative charge.
Lateral-entry BTech students join in the second year. Annual fees are ₹5.7 lakh for CSE and CSE AI/ML, ₹5.2 lakh for ECE and ₹4.7 lakh for Mechanical or EEE. The four-year totals above do not apply to lateral entry.
Management, Higher Fee Category, NRI, foreign, sponsored, OCI and PIO applicants receive their fee details from the Admission Office. The 2027 government KCET rates are awaited.

Business Analytics has a higher annual BBA fee than General or Sports Management. The professional BCom variants also differ from the General/Hons BCom rate, so students should compare the exact named course.

At an unchanged annual rate, two years of MBA would total an estimated ₹15.2 lakh before the ₹10,000 administrative charge. That charge applies to taught PG courses; it is not confirmed for PhD or MTech by Research.
Administrative and Hostel Charges
The administrative charge is non-refundable and paid once. The annual programme amounts do not give a separate tuition and examination breakdown.
Hostel accommodation is billed separately. Ring Road boys hostel, Ring Road girls hostel and Electronic City have different room arrangements. Current room and mess amounts need confirmation with the hostel allotment.
PES University Scholarships
The PES scholarship rules reward performance after a student joins. They are not an automatic reduction in the first admission fee.

The scholarship committee uses annual CGPA or semester SGPA, depending on the award. These awards do not apply in the final year, and students can receive only one award per semester or year. Teaching and research assistantships are also available without a fixed common payment amount.
