JIIT Noida BTech, MBA, BBA, BCA and PG fees for 2026–27, with semester payments, hostel charges, online degree fees and tuition scholarships.
JIIT Noida’s four-year BTech academic fee totals ₹16,34,000 for the 2026–27 intake. Students also pay a ₹25,000 admission charge and ₹20,000 refundable caution deposit, taking the amount before hostel to ₹16,79,000. The first-year academic fee is ₹3,79,000. The two-year campus MBA academic fee is ₹13,43,000. Hostel charges include food and laundry and depend on the room type. JIIT has not announced its 2027–28 campus fees.
Key points: BTech fees rise by study year. Tuition scholarships do not remove the development fee, admission charge or hostel payment. Online degrees have separate fees.
JIIT BTech Fees 2026–27
The BTech academic fee includes tuition and development charges. Students pay it in two equal semester instalments each year. The same yearly amounts apply to the first four years of integrated MTech.
| Study year | Tuition fee | Development fee | Annual total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Year 1 | ₹3,10,000 | ₹69,000 | ₹3,79,000 |
| Year 2 | ₹3,26,000 | ₹72,000 | ₹3,98,000 |
| Year 3 | ₹3,42,000 | ₹76,000 | ₹4,18,000 |

| Year 5, integrated MTech only | ₹3,77,000 | ₹84,000 | ₹4,61,000 |
Adding the first four annual amounts gives ₹16,34,000 for BTech. For integrated MTech, the fifth year brings the academic total to ₹20,95,000. These totals use the 2026–27 fee amounts and exclude the joining charges and hostel.
A new BTech student’s first-semester academic fee is ₹1,89,500. With the admission charge and caution deposit, the first payment is ₹2,34,500 before hostel. A student who has already paid ₹60,000 during counselling has ₹1,74,500 left to pay against this amount.
Students joining directly in the second year through lateral entry pay academic fees of ₹3,79,000, ₹3,98,000 and ₹4,18,000 over their three study years. The total is ₹11,95,000 before the ₹25,000 admission charge and ₹20,000 caution deposit.
JIIT BBA, BCom, BCA and BSc Fees
BBA and BCom have the same academic fees. BCA and BSc form a second fee group. The amounts include tuition and development charges.
| Course | Year 1 | Year 2 | Year 3 | Year 4 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BBA / BCom | ₹2,40,000 | ₹2,52,000 | ₹2,65,000 | ₹2,78,000 |
| BCA / BSc | ₹1,78,000 | ₹1,87,000 | ₹1,96,000 | ₹2,05,000 |
For BBA and BCom, the first three years add to ₹7,57,000; completing the fourth year brings the academic total to ₹10,35,000. For BCA and BSc, the corresponding totals are ₹5,61,000 and ₹7,66,000. Students taking an eligible three-year exit do not pay a fourth-year fee.
JIIT MBA Fees 2026–27
| Programme | First year | Second year | Two-year total |
|---|---|---|---|
| MBA | ₹6,55,000 | ₹6,88,000 | ₹13,43,000 |

| MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management | ₹3,14,000 | ₹3,29,000 | ₹6,43,000 |
Each MBA amount includes ₹15,000 a year for study material. For the regular MBA, the first two semester payments are ₹3,35,000 and ₹3,20,000. The difference comes from the study-material charge collected with the first semester. All three campus MBA programmes also have a ₹25,000 admission charge and ₹20,000 refundable caution deposit.
JIIT MTech, MCA, MDes, MSc and MCom Fees
| Course | First year | Second year | Two-year total |
|---|---|---|---|
| MTech | ₹2,02,000 | ₹2,12,000 | ₹4,14,000 |

MCA and MDes totals include development fees of ₹32,000 in the first year and ₹34,000 in the second. The MTech, MSc and MCom amounts above are tuition fees. PhD tuition is ₹69,000 in year one, ₹72,000 in year two, ₹76,000 in year three and ₹80,000 in year four. A PhD student’s total depends on how long the programme continues.
JIIT Admission Charges and Refundable Deposit
JIIT collects a ₹20,000 refundable caution deposit at admission. The one-time admission charge is non-refundable and differs by course.
| Course group | Admission charge |
|---|---|
| BTech, integrated MTech, BTech lateral entry and MBA | ₹25,000 |
| BBA, BCom, MTech, MCA and MDes | ₹15,000 |
| BSc, BCA, BA, MSc and MCom | ₹10,000 |
The application fee is paid separately: ₹1,200 for BTech, ₹500 for the other main UG programmes and ₹1,000 for MBA and the main PG programmes. A counselling advance adjusted against semester dues should be deducted from the balance payable.
JIIT Hostel Fees 2026–27
| Room type | Per semester |
|---|---|
| Single room, or twin sharing with attached washroom | ₹1,35,000 |
| Twin sharing | ₹1,15,000 |
| Triple or four sharing | ₹1,05,000 |
| Five or six sharing | ₹95,000 |
At these rates, two semesters in a standard twin room add ₹2,30,000 to the academic payments. Hostel rooms are limited and allotted on merit. The university may revise hostel charges in later years, so the 2026–27 room fee should not be multiplied across the full degree as a fixed total.
JIIT Online BBA, BCA, MBA and MCA Fees
The following fees are for the complete online degree. They have no separate intake-year label, so applicants for 2027 should confirm the amount when applying.
| Programme | Duration | Total fee |
|---|---|---|
| Online BBA | 3 years | ₹1,39,000 |
| Online BCA | 3 years | ₹1,19,998 |
| Online MBA | 2 years | ₹1,75,000 |
| Online MCA | 2 years | ₹99,996 |
The online BCA, MBA and MCA amounts include tuition, examinations and admission processing. Campus admission charges and hostel fees do not apply to these online fee totals.
JIIT Scholarships and Tuition Fee Waivers
The 2026–27 merit scholarship reduces tuition for eligible students. For BTech and integrated MTech admission through JEE Main, the first-year waiver depends on All India Rank.
| JEE Main All India Rank | Tuition waiver |
|---|---|
| Up to 15,000 | 100% |
| 15,001–20,000 | 50% |
| 20,001–25,000 | 25% |
| 25,001–30,000 | 10% |
For admission through Class 12 marks, a 100% aggregate qualifies for a 100% tuition waiver; 97.5% to below 100% gives 50%; and 95% to below 97.5% gives 10%. Up to 200 first-year awards are available under the merit scheme.
Renewal depends on semester CGPA, with no backlog, attendance debarment or disciplinary action. The renewal rate can be lower than the initial award. Under the scheme, a student who loses eligibility in a semester cannot regain the scholarship later. A full tuition waiver also leaves the development fee and other charges payable.
JIIT separately offers tuition-fee-waiver seats for eligible BTech applicants with family income below ₹8 lakh a year, supported by an income certificate. Qualifying MTech and MDes students may receive teaching assistantships. For entrance exams and counselling, see JIIT Noida admission.
