It’s essential to have these special qualities in every leader. Be confident to become a leader and be always helpful to others.
What challenges do you face in higher education?
There are many challenges in higher education as nowadays, we have plenty of new education, and students are facing problems in admissions, so it is difficult to get new admissions even in branches such as engineering we are not able to get a high number to students & the reason behind that is there so many colleges these days students have plenty of options in the education sector. Educate children in society by teaching cultural values and norms. It equips them with the skills needed to become productive members of society. This way, it stimulates economic growth and raises awareness of local and organized.

What are the different opportunities for the students?
If one has to study hard, we have a lot of positions and opportunities for them, we have different fields & sectors for students, it depends on the student which subjects he or she is interested in or wants to have in the future. A student should always be ready for his future. It will come only if he knows what he wants to do in the future, if he is sure what he wants to do then it’s very easy for him, as the goals are set for him already.
When you reflect on your time in the educational industry, what’s the significant difference?
If I notice the difference between my time & today's time, the first difference is the number of institutes, in my time there were a smaller number of institutes, & limited opportunities in admissions, and field & challenges were more & facilities were very limited these days there are a lot of technology for students such as labs, mobile phones, different methods of educations which were not in our time.
