What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Teacher who imparts knowledge with a selfless motive”

Education is the primary step to all the knowledge to be put in the right way. What keeps me connected in the education sector is the demand for teachers who are ready to impart knowledge with a selfless motive. Secondly, there is so much to learn and upgrade in this vast field which no other field gives. Thirdly when you are imparting knowledge you have to be thorough with the topic whereas when you’re preparing for yourself you tend to leave the topics which are difficult so as a teacher you cannot leave any topic which makes a teacher hundred percent as for sure a true teacher cannot deliver assumed knowledge.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the Institute and the students are?

“Providing Students with Best Educational Content”

I feel I am accountable for imparting knowledge in a mannered way. In absence of doing so, I am not fulfilling my responsibility as a teacher as well as a human being because being a teacher imparting selfless knowledge shall only be the motive. Towards Institute I feel maintaining an environment of peace and harmony among faculty members and helping each other can only bring out the satisfied human being in me.

Why should a student pursue his bachelor/masters from your institute?

How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship among faculty and students?

“Providing Students and Faculty with interactive classes for doubt solving”

I tried to help the faculty members through computer knowledge and sharing other soft knowledge about the market. Sometimes they upgrade me and Sometimes I upgrade them. Also, we try to maintain this healthy environment by not playing politics. The other best feature about us is we do not give tadka do any matter because where knowledgeable people exist two minds tend to think differently and may act differently doesn’t mean the clash point has to be exaggerated. 

How do you help your student to cope up with the competition being so high?

“Providing students with industry-standard skills”

We teach students not to be one of them among the crowd, stand differently and act differently. They need to upgrade themselves with the practical examples of the knowledge they are gaining and practical knowledge of the subject they are going to use in the future. Also, they should not limit themselves to only wanting to become primary teachers. Sometimes confidence teaches them to take the low decision.

How does the college enhance the skills of the faculty? 

“College prepare Faculty according to the Industry standards”

College is represented by the principal madam and she makes sure we attend important seminars/webinars from time to time. Even when they are paid ones, she pays for the faculty personally. Also, she arranges resource persons to upgrade our skills like computer learning skills, personality development, etc. she remains so much updated and upgraded that we look upon her.

What advice would you like to the students for them to have a prosperous career ahead? 

“Students should keep themselves updated”

I would advise students to keep updating themselves from time to time so that they stand confidently amidst the world. They shall develop their soft skills along with their subject in a way they are no lesser than any person. This will not only boost their confidence but also they will not become victims of institutional politics.
