When applying, candidates must include essential documents, such as their grade reports for the tenth and twelfth grades, their graduation grades, etc.

Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University has announced that the written test for the candidates belonging to Category B interested in taking admission into its PhD program will be conducted on December 20, 2024. The admit card download procedure for the same can be done on the university’s website on December 18, 2024. The university has also announced that those candidates who belong to Category A will not have to appear for the written examination, they are eligible to directly appear for the interview round.

AKTU PhD Program Documents Required
The list of documents candidates must have with them at the time of the entrance examination and interview is mentioned below:
- Marks sheet of class 10th standard
- Marks sheet of class 12th standard
- Mark sheet of Graduation
- Transfer certificate (if required)
- Character certificate
- Passport-size photographs
The university will send all pertinent information on the candidate's admission and subsequent steps to the email address that was registered at the time of admission. The university will not use any other means of communication to provide the information.
