As a professional, I always enjoy teaching and interacting with students. My experience is quite fantastic because by soul I am a teacher and always try to give my best for the growth and betterment of the students. My actions always align to get 100% back from the students as results, response and respect. I always discuss not only the subjects but also the life lessons that directly impact students' lives. I understand that the education industry is an ever-evolving field and so I try to keep up the pace. I am a regular learner and always try to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies and educational technologies by attending workshops and conferences to offer my expertise to help others learn and grow academically. I also participate in educational conferences and seminars to stay informed about industry trends.

As a member of various Professional associations got a chance to connect with others in the field. By attending industry events and meeting educators, administrators, researchers, and EdTech entrepreneurs I have a very big network of professionals.

As a leader, I always try to develop and communicate a clear and inspiring vision for the institution's future. I always set goals and strategies to advance the institution's mission and improve educational outcomes. As a leader, my strategies include providing guidance and support to educators to enhance teaching and learning practices, encouraging professional development and the use of innovative teaching methods, implementing of university curriculum that meets educational standards and addresses the needs of diverse learners, prioritizing the well-being and success of students by creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

I believe in implementing strategies to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth, building strong relationships with parents to create a sense of ownership and support for the institution, involving the community in decision-making processes and initiatives, investing in the professional development of staff and faculty, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Furthermore, developing and executing long-term strategic plans that align with the institution's mission and vision.

What are some of the biggest challenges you see and face as the Director?

As a Director, I face a range of challenges due to the complex and evolving nature of the field. Ensuring a steady enrolment of students and retaining them is challenging, as demographic shifts and competition affect an institution's ability to attract and keep students. Staying compliant with government regulations, accreditation standards, and educational policies is crucial. Changes in regulations or the introduction of new laws require significant adjustments. Recruiting and retaining qualified faculty and staff is essential. I also aim to provide ongoing professional development to ensure educators are up-to-date with best practices. I often face the dual responsibility of overseeing academic affairs and managing administrative functions, requiring effective time management and delegation.
