For successful admission, students must provide documentation such as academic transcripts, a domicile certificate, entrance exam scores, and a research proposal at the time of admission.
Devi Ahilya University has announced a list of individuals who have been tentatively selected for their RAC Pharmacy and are now able to apply for the PhD program. Candidates with their names on the list must apply for Ph.D. registration using the mandated Proforma, which can be downloaded from the university's website. The research centre will forward the completed registration form, along with the appropriate documents and certificates, after validating the payment of the fees as notified by the university.
Devi Ahilya University PhD Program Important Admission Instructions
Candidates whose names are on the RAC Pharmacy tentative selection list must follow the requirements listed below:
- Candidates provisionally selected in RAC for Ph.D. programmes must apply for Ph.D. registration using the mandated Proforma, which can be downloaded from the university's website. The research centre will forward the completed registration form, along with the appropriate documents and certificates, after validating the payment of the fees as notified by the university.
- The registration form should be accompanied by a copy of the fee receipt.
- A properly completed Ph.D. registration form should be submitted to the University, together with a photocopy of the same form and papers, to the Research Centre. The student can keep one set of photocopies of the registration form and other documents for their records.
- A preliminary topic for suggested work should be included in the Registration Form. The final title of the research study will be determined at the time of submitting the research proposal after finishing the Ph.D. course work, followed by RAC.

To ensure successful registration, candidates must present the following documents at the time of admission:
- Academic transcripts
- Domicile certificate
- Entrance exam scores
- Research proposal
- Letters of recommendation
- Statement of purpose
- NOC from supervisor and co-supervisor
- Permission to change subject
- Certificate from the Head of the Department
- No objection certificate
- Migration Certificate
No student can pursue any other degree while seeking a Ph.D. The student must submit a commitment to this effect in the format provided.
