What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the institute and the students are?

I am responsible for students and their activities on campus. It is my sole responsibility to provide students with sports opportunities, address student behavior, coordinate admissions, and oversee the orientation of new students. I will ensure that our campus remains free from ragging. Additionally, it is my duty to maintain positive and healthy relationships with my students.

When you first came to ASM, what was your vision for the institute? Has it evolved over time, and how far along in implementing that vision are you?

When I initially started, my goal was to motivate students, prepare them to achieve the highest levels in academics, as well as excel in advertising and extracurricular activities. I aspire for all my students to attain multiple academic achievements alongside diverse extracurricular activities.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship and environment in your institute?

By organizing regular meetings and providing a secure environment for both faculty and students, our institute can foster positive connections and create a positive environment. Similarly, we make it a priority to acknowledge the efforts and achievements of staff members as well as students.

How do you tend to build an industry connected with this program?

We conduct personality development classes by welcoming industrialists and experienced experts to provide the right inspiration to our students. We also arrange seminars on Public Affairs. Additionally, we organize events such as industrial visits to encourage active student participation, providing them with valuable hands-on experience.

Are you taking the responsibility of staying in touch with the students?

As I am responsible for the students' welfare, it helps me connect with the students directly. I am closely connected with my students and provide them with more opportunities to approach me, allowing me to guide them in the best possible way, whether it's related to their studies or personal issues. I organize events for their benefit and design social events through our student's club.

What do you see as the greatest strengths of ASM?

The greatest strength is Academics. We have experienced professionals whose teaching methods are very easy to understand, covering basics to advanced studies for the students. Apart from that, intellectual, extracurricular, and social activities, ASM generally believes that students should develop and be influenced by ethical and moral values. Our positive and dynamic environment for staff and students helps them with self-improvement.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

If you look at the current scenario, India needs more businesspeople. It's my advice to students to pursue a prosperous career, which would necessitate continuous self-improvement and professional growth. Nowadays, students must possess self-confidence and self-belief to achieve success.
