Dr. M. Ranjit Reddy is the TPO at Srinivasa Ramanujan Institute of Technology. He has done a Ph.D. in CSE from JNTUACEA. He has 18 years of experience in the academic field.

For how long have you been with SRIT? How is your experience in SRIT?

I started my career at Srinivasa Ramanujan Institute of Technology in 2008 as an Assistant Professor and worked continuously in the group of Computer Science Engineering, and got a position as a Training and Placement Officer in 2016. 

What do you think about your roles and responsibilities?

My role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with various industries and employers to understand their hiring needs and trends. I facilitate the placement process by coordinating activities such as campus recruitment drives, interviews, and pre-placement talks by companies. Provide guidance and counseling to students on career options, job search strategies, and skill development to improve their employability.

Name the companies SRIT has brought till now.

We at SRIT mainly work on the placements that each student should get placement, our statistics are that in the last 3-4 years we have had several achievements and we have MOUs with several companies and our students are placed in different companies such as TCS, Value labs, Delta X, Apps Associates, Hexaware, etc.

What are the different training programs you offer?

We offer programs like Aptitude, Reasoning, Verbal, etc., and help students to get well-developed in all aspects we also offer CRT classes and more. We send and encourage students to work on Internships which will be so helpful for their future.

How many placements has SRIT received, and in which streams till now?

As per the statistics, it’s almost 80-90% of students from SRIT get placed in and off the campus with higher packages in all the streams. Till now the highest package is almost INR 12 LPA and an average package of INR 5-6 LPA in the reputed companies.

How much of a team do you have in the placement team and how they are working?

Here, at SRIT we have an 11-member team, especially for the training and placement. Where the team works effectively and efficiently to get each student placed in their aimed companies.
