Dr. Asha’s leadership style

Leadership is all about inspiring a group of people to achieve extraordinary things

Leadership is not just the job of leading a team. The role of a leader is to provide the challenge, create the environment, provide inspiration and be a part of the team to achieve the goal.

Changes noticed in the education industry over the past years

Education is changing in ways of technology rather than the content and levels. The biggest changes have come in what schools or colleges and parents expect from teachers, and what parents expect from their children. Teachers are more particular about their teaching and are held responsible for a higher standard of accountabilities such as to post grades, attendance, and assignments online for parents and students.
