At the time of admission, candidates must bring the following documents: proof of qualifying exams (such as GATE or NET), a certificate of no objection (if they are employed), recent passport-sized photos, and, if required, a category certificate.

Dr APJ Abdul Kalam University has announced a provisional list of individuals who have been accepted into the university's PhD program through the AICTE Doctoral Fellowship. Candidates selected under this provision are eligible to receive monthly benefits of up to INR 37000 for the first two years and INR 42000 for the third and fourth years.

KTU PhD Program AICTE Doctoral Fellowship Documents Required

Candidates must have the following documents with them at the time of admission to the APJ Abdul Kalam University PhD program through the AICTE Doctoral Fellowship.

Application form
Bachelor's and Master's degree certificates
Mark sheets or transcripts for undergraduate and postgraduate studies
Proof of age (e.g., birth certificate or government-issued ID)
Identity proof (Aadhaar card or PAN card)
Research proposal
Letters of recommendation (at least two)
Proof of qualifying examinations (e.g., GATE, NET)
No Objection Certificate (if employed)
Recent passport-sized photographs
Category certificate (if applicable)
Bank account details (for fellowship disbursement)
Consent from Supervisor (for AICTE Doctoral Fellowship)
Disability Certificate

Candidates enrolling at the APJ Abdul Kalam University through the AICTE Doctoral Fellowship can avail of these below-mentioned benefits:

For 1st and 2nd Year	INR 37000 per month
For 2nd and 3rd Year	INR 42000 per month
Miscellaneous expenses grant	INR 15000

This provisional selection is subject to the verification of documents/certificates indicating qualifications, applicable relaxations (if any), and so on, which must be submitted in original by the candidates concerned; otherwise, their selection would be void.
