UPCET 2024 Application Form: UPCET exam has been discontinued. The exam has been replaced with CUET UG. The registration date of CUET UG is over. The last date to fill CUET UG application form was April 5.
As per the CUET eligibility criteria by NTA, you need to qualify the class 12 exam from a recognized board. The application fee is INR 1000 for General candidates, INR 900 for EWS/ OBC categories and INR 600 for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates.

UPCET 2024 Application Form (CUET): Documents Required
Candidates must keep the following documents handy before filling UPCET 2023 Application Form:
- An active Mobile Number
- A valid Email Address,
- Candidate’s passport size photograph.
- Scanned image of the candidate’s full signature

How to Fill UPCET Application Form 2024?
UPCET Application Form (CUET UG) can be filled on the official website, cuetug.ntaonline.in. Candidates have to follow four steps – online registration, filling up the form, uploading a photo and signature, and fee payment.
Step 1: UPCET Registration 2024 (CUET UG)
- Visit the official website – cuetug.ntaonline.in.
- Click on the link for UG/ PG based on your course.
- Read the instructions mentioned and select the declaration to proceed.
- You will be redirected to a new page. Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, email Id and create your password.
- An application number will be sent to you by SMS and mail.
Step 2: Fill UPCET Application Form 2024
- Log in again using your CUET application number and password.
- Fill in your parent’s name, gender, Aadhar Card Number, category, and other required details.
- Provide your qualification details such as the name of the board and year of passing along with the percentage of marks.
- Enter your address, locality, City, State, District with pin code.
- Select the courses you want to apply for and the exam center of your preference.
- Fill the form very carefully to avoid any mistakes as the same details will be printed on UPCET 2024 Admit Card (CUET UG).
Step 3: Upload the Required Documents
Candidates have to upload their scanned images of passport size photograph, signature, disability certificate (as applicable) in the prescribed specifications:

Step 4: Pay UPCET Application Fee 2024 (CUET)
Candidates have to pay UPCET registration fees in online mode only through debit card/ credit card/ net banking and wallets. The registration fees for various categories is different:

UPCET Application Form Correction 2024
UPCET Application Form Correction window will be open for a brief period of time. Candidates will be able to log in to the official website with their application number and password to edit their UPCET 2024 form. However, students must note that details such as the name of candidate, gender, contact/address details, category, education qualification details, DOB, etc. will be considered final and these details CANNOT BE CHANGED during Form Correction.
The form correction involves subsequent steps and details:
- Form correction can be made in fields like father’s name, mother’s name, applicant’s name, date of birth.
- Candidates who have completed all the steps of form filling are eligible for the correction procedure.
- There are no additional charges incurred for the correction. On the contrary, the exam fee may vary if there is a correction in the caste category and gender.
Note: The candidates should download the soft copy of the corrected application form for future reference.
How to Retrieve UPCET Application Number and Password?
It is advisable for candidates to keep the application number and password with utmost care. Despite this, if a candidate forgets these two details, then they can be retrieved by the following steps:
Retrieving UPCET Application Number
- Go to the official websiteof CUET UG
- Click on the ‘Forgot Application Number’ tab
- Enter details such as the name of the candidate, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, and security pin.
- Click on the “Get application Number” tab.
- The application number will be displayed on your computer screen and it will also be sent to your registered email-id.
- Note it down or take a printout of it.
Retrieving UPCET Password
- Visit the official website of CUET UG
- Go to the reset password option.
- Answer the security questions selected at the time of filling the application form.
- A verification code or a verification link will be sent to a registered mobile number or email-id respectively in order to reset the password.

Ques. Will UPSEE offer admission into B. Tech courses?
Ans. No. From this year, UPCET exam will no longer be used for admission into B. Tech courses in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Instead, students will be admitted based on JEE Main 2024 scores.
Ques. Can UPCET 2024 application entries be corrected offline?
Ans. No, the correction window will open in online mode. UPCET 2024 (CUET UG) form corrections will be not be entertained through any offline mode.
