To prepare KCET rank list for engineering and farm science courses, KEA assigns equal weightage to KCET exam marks and the 12th standard marks.
- For B.E/ B.Tech- marks obtained in physics, chemistry and mathematics in KCET and the 10+2 qualifying exam to have 50% weightage each.
- For B.Sc Agriculture, B.Sc Forestry, B.Sc Horticulture and other B.Sc. Farm Science courses- marks obtained in physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology in KCET and 12th to be given 50% weightage each. In case of Agriculturist quota, KCET and 12th marks to have 25% weightage each while practical exam to have 50% weightage
- For B.VSc & A.H- 50% weightage to marks obtained in physics, chemistry and biology in KCET 2024 and 50% weightage to practical exam.
- For B.Pharma- only the marks obtained in physics, chemistry, biology/ mathematics (whichever is higher) in KCET 2024.
