- The registration process for HPCET 2025 entrance exam will be completely online. To register for the first time, details like name, date of birth, and mobile number are required. Completing the verification process, you will be provided a login ID and password to register for the exam.
HPCET 2025 application fee is INR 1600 for General and INR 800 for SC/ST/BPL categories. For appearing in both papers, i.e., BTech and BPharm or MBA& MBA (T&HM), the payment is INR 3200 (for general) and INR 1600 (for reserved categories). You must also upload your recent photograph, signature, and other documents within 100 KB of limited size.

HPCET 2025 Eligibility
Applicant should be an Indian residing. The common eligibility criteria for all courses under HPCET 2025 are:
For B.Tech/B. Pharmacy Courses:
- The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subjects.
- The candidate must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) in the above subjects taken together.
For MBA/MCA Courses:
- The candidate must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university/institution.
- For MBA, the candidate must have obtained at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category candidates) in the qualifying examination.
- For MCA, the candidate must have studied Mathematics as a subject in 10+2 or graduation and obtained at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category candidates) in the qualifying examination.
How to Fill HPCET 2025 Application Form?
Students are instructed to read the information brochure entirely and carefully before filling HPCET 2025 application form. The form can only be filled out in the online mode and the payment also needs to be online or through challan. Incomplete application forms will not be accepted. The hard copy of the form is to be sent to the university along with the required documents

- Register by clicking on “New Registration”. Select the program/programs that you want to apply for. Provide your email address and mobile number and date of birth. Set your profile password and click on “Submit”.
- Form Filling
Enter your personal details such as name, date of birth, gender, category and address, alternate contact details, father’s name, mother’s name, and Aadhar card number. Provide correct details relating to your educational qualification. The details once entered cannot be edited later on, so fill in the details carefully. You also need to fill three selections for examination centers.
- Upload of documents
The scanned images of photograph, Signature and other documents should be in .jpg/.jpeg /.png/.pdf format only and their sizes must be less than 100 KB
