The raw truth of modern college life.

Likes

The teaching staff especially the senior staff is excellent.The concept is well understood in most of the subjects
The marking is very accurate.There is no bias.
Students go together very well with each other.

Dislikes

Extra curricular activities are less as compared to other colleges.
The campus area is very short and not at all enough.
The college is paired with a school so there is many crowd due to small kids.

Placement Experience:

Placements are for fourth year students only. The average package is 3 to 4 lakh pa There are many options after degree like masters in particular subject and go into teaching,Pharma mba and go into marketing. Go into drug production or research or be a clinical pharmacist. My plan is to go into cosmetic production.

modern college of pharmacy review

Likes

college staff is one of the best staff and teachers helped me a lot in learning new things
Teaching Methodology digital board learning had increased my knowledge on celieng heights
all instruments in the college are great same as like industry instrument

Dislikes

college campus is too small and the connectivity is little less
the canteen food needs to be of good quality
hostel is not provided by the college they needs to work on that

Internships Opportunities:

Marketing representative role offerd by companies to our students and trainee role for one month ineternship in any company no stipend is provided by the authority various projects such as pharma working model avishkar etc

Likes

College facilities are well educated and facilities provided by college is best
College gives opportunity to students in other fields and colleges gives them financial support for same.

Dislikes

College have small campus and have only one building
College haven’t their own auditorium they conduct their events in private auditorium.

Internships Opportunities:

College gives internship opportunities in companies like Haffkine, HA, and other hospitals. These companies does not provide stipends to students who are attending internships. Final year students are mostly eligible for this internship but you can find your own internship program online.

Library there are silent zone where you can study there are there are plenty of newspapers are available in both languages
Main reason to join a modern college pharmacy is a faculty who teach here almost 80% of faculty is PhD holders.

Dislikes

College only have one building in that building they carry three courses
College don't have their own auditorium the conduct their events on private auditoriums

Internships Opportunities:

College provides you different internship in pharmaceutical company there you can get hands on experience is internship or almost about for one month these internships are mostly unpaid but in this internship seats are limited so you have to find your own internship in some cases.

College guides you to participate in different competitions which held in different colleges

College gives you internship companies like haffkine Mostly this internships are unpaid and the duration of these internships are one month college gives you leave for that internship final years. Students are mostly eligible for these internships but you can find your internship by LinkedIn faculty will help you to finding internship.

Reality of modern college of pharmacy

Likes

This college I like the way the practical is conducted the practicals are conducted in very serious manner there are no chances of cheating
Overall college is really strict but gives you freedom to explore yourself
Reason to join the college is faculty in here faculty is really cooperative and guide you in every step of your college life

Dislikes

College campus college have only one building
College don't have their own auditorium the college auditorium is really short so college conduct their event in other or private auditoriums
Don't have their hostel facility , accommodation you have to search by your own

Placement Experience:

In a college replacement rate is a very low the average salary you get after B farm is around 2 lakh or 3 lakh so most of the student look for further studies in this college you get guidance for competitive exam the faculty in this college gives you information about different exams that you can attend . Final year student are eligible for a campus placement around 3to4 companies visited college for a placement and selection rate is around 8 to 10%.

Placement Experience:

The placement is mainly open campus or in college area there is opportunity to join. The college can provide one to two campus. And the stipend is less for phamacy students is about 1.5-2.0 laks / year.
