Modern College of Pharmacy B.Pharm Admissions 2024
Modern College of Pharmacy offers 4 years undergraduate course in B.Pharm for the students who have passed HSE with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics with at least 50% of aggregate marks. Annual intake for B.Pharma course is 60 students. Admissions to this course are through MH-CET.

- Backward class category candidates belonging to Maharashtra are entitled to the relaxation of 5% in the qualifying examinations.
- Candidates must have obtained the Non- Zero score in MHCET.
- Those having Diploma in Pharmacy with minimum 50% marks are also eligible for 4 years B.Pharm from Modern College of Pharmacy.
- For direct admission in the second year, B.Pharm (lateral entry) candidates must have passed post-SSC or post-HSC diploma course in pharmacy.
- Minimum 50% of marks (for general category candidate) and 45% of marks (for reserved category candidate) are required in Diploma in Pharmacy.
- The medium of instruction at Diploma level must be English.
Modern College of Pharmacy M.Pharm Admissions 2024
Modern College of Pharmacy offers Masters in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology and Quality Assurance Techniques (QAT). Students who have passed Bachelors or equivalent in pharmacy from an AICTE approved institution with at least 50% of marks in it are eligible to apply. Admissions to these courses are through MH-CET.
For the sponsored candidates, minimum of two years of full-time work experience in a registered firm/ company/ industry/ educational and/ or research institute/ any government department or government autonomous organization in the relevant field in which the admission is being sought is necessary.

- Non zero scores should have been secured by the candidate in MHCET conducted by DTE (M.S.).
- Confirmation of the admission will be on the basis of verification of original documents and deposition of the first-semester course fee.

College offers research program in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmacology. Students should have passed the postgraduate examination with at least 50% of marks or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA). Admissions to these courses are through PET.

- Reserved category candidates of Maharastra state having 45% marks in post graduation are also eligible.
- Candidates fulfilling following conditions are exempted from taking the PET:
- Those who have qualified GATE/GPAT/SETA/SRF/JRF.
- Those who have qualified examination of apex bodies such as ICRA/DBT/CSIR-UGC/ICMR and DST.
- Candidates having M.Phil degree completed from any statutory recognized university.
- If an applicant has already qualified Paper-1 of PhD Entrance Test conducted by the University of Pune.
Modern College of Pharmacy Application Process
Candidates can follow the procedure stated below to fill the application online:
- Visit the website of MHCET.
- Click on apply online.
- Fill the mandatory details.
- Scanned copy of coloured passport size photograph and signature is to be attached.
- Attested photocopies of the following documents have to be attached to the application forms:
- SSC (Class 10th) mark sheet
- HSC (Class 12th) mark sheet
- School leaving certificate after passing HSC
- Certificate of Indian Nationality of the candidate
- Caste certificate (if reservation is applicable)
- Maharashtra State Domicile certificate
- Proceed to pay the application fee via debit card/ credit card/ net banking/mobile wallets.
- For general category candidates, the application fee is INR 800 (INR 600 for reserved category)
Ph.D. candidates can apply for the admission as stated below:
- Visit the online portal of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU).
- Download the application form.
- Fill the mandatory details.
- Attach following documents along with application form.
- University copy of bank challan
- Attested xerox copy of memorandum of marks obtained in master’s
- Caste certificate (in case of reserved category candidates)
- Medical certificate issued by civil surgeon in case of person with disabilities
Attested copy of the previous result of Ph.D. Entrance Examination Paper-1 (if applicable)

Admission:
12th past students and students who have completed their diploma in pharmacy are eligible to get admission in the course. The application form is available on the MHTCET portal. It includes fee structure and all the reservation benefits. In our college Exam is held by SPPUU University. The exams are conducted in semester wise. There are eight semesters in B pharmacy.

- Library there are silent zone where you can study there are there are plenty of newspapers are available in both languages
- Main reason to join a modern college pharmacy is a faculty who teach here almost 80% of faculty is PhD holders.

I took admission in this college in 2021. It is really a great experience full of joy and excitement. To get admission in Modern College of Pharmacy, you should completed your 12th and you should appear to MHTCET which is conducted by Maharashtra state government. There are other ways for admission in college except NEET UG score. There are reservations based on casts, I belongs to OBC and my cut off is 91.20 for first round. I took admission in my first CAP round. college provides different scholarships which are provided by government example mhadbt of this scholarship

I scored 71% in D.pharm course which help me to get admission in this college for graduation talking about the admission process ARC admission system was there by which we had to fill form for desired college and courses. then as per the merit list i got admission in this college as my score for d.pharm was 71%
